Pain surrounding the injection site or arm muscle is caused by the person administering the shot not knowing what they are doing. Unless the medication is actually known to cause a burning sensation upon injection there is reason to feel pain.

The government has a "thumb up it's _._._" approach to the crisis.

Funny how the American government abandons American citizens living overseas in a country such as Thailand that has absolutely no intentions what-so-ever on treating foreigners equally even though Thai nationals were treated equally in America. Yet the American government has more than enough money to help everyone except there own.

As I am white westerner, I have had many Thai men next to me at the urinals trying to sneak a peek. I need to learn how to say in Thai "do you like it"? All the Thai women I meet always say "yiy mak".

I have nothing but utter contempt and loathing for people like this and they more than deserve every hardship that has come into their worthless lives.

Yes I have the very same issue as you. Ever since my last annual extension renewal I have been on overstay due to the fact that the IO at CW didn't update the system with the correct extension expiration date. This is what the IO at MTT told me and unfortunately he didn't have the login credentials (authority) to update the system.

Anutin is a two bagger let alone a mask!!!

Thailand, is a member of the World Trade Organization. National treatment is an integral part of many [World Trade Organization](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Trade_Organization) agreements. It requires equal treatment of [foreigners](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alien_(law)) and locals. Under national treatment, a [state](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sovereign_state) that grants particular rights, benefits or privileges to its own [citizens](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizen) must also grant those advantages to the citizens of other states while they are in that country. Together with the [most favored nation](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Most_favoured_nation) principle, national treatment is one of the cornerstones of WTO trade law. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_treatment
According to the current Thai constitution and the agreements Thailand signed with the WTO, Thai citizens and foreign nationals are to be treated equally, period. Not holding up to ones commitments and agreements gives the appearance that the Thai constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on and that signed agreements or treaties with any organization or country mean absolutely nothing.
What are you doing to ensure the WTO principles that were agreed to are being upheld?-

Think you should take any vaccine you can presently get and then boost with Pfizer or Moderna when they become available say at private hospitals.
And why should I accept a substandard vaccine when the Thai nationals over 60 are getting AZ?

I'm over 60 and they switched my registered Astra Zeneca jab to SinoGarbage. I said "not going to happen" and walked out!

The covid 19 insurance only needs to be valid for your length of stay.
I assume you have a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa). Your length of stay will be to the day your extension ends.
Not sure what type of extension of stay you have since there is not visa or extension of stay issued for being a guardian.
They are issued for being a parent or for a being a family member of a person on a extension of stay.
Look here for the covid insurance. https://www.tipinsure.com/CovidRegional/product_detail
Will the madness of this $100,000 USD Covid-19 insurance ever end?

There have been reports of successful expat vaccinations at that hospital from last week, but I don't recall having seen one from this week.
As I am over 60, I registered for Astra Zeneca on June 7th and wasn't notified of a vaccine switch to Sinovac until I showed up at the hospital on June 24th. Needless to say I said "absolutely not going to happen" and walked out!

The numbers are absolutely meaningless. Was this actually a double-blind placebo-controlled trial or another pointless look at the number of antibodies. These Thai studies have absolutely no credibility anymore.

Online website for reporting. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do
Hi ubonjoe... I'm not sure if this is redundant information or not, but I wanted to pass my experience along. I went to MTT yesterday (June 29th) to do my 90 Day Report as I can't get to page 2 on the website. A few days ago I did manage to connect using the phone app for the TM47 and received the error message in the attached screenshot. I showed this to the IO at MTT and he told me he was very familiar with this issue. He stated that the last time I renewed my annual extension that the IO at CW didn't update the system with the correct expiration date. The system thinks I'm on overstay but my passport indicates otherwise. He advised me upon my next visit to CW to explain the situation and remind the IO to update the system with the correct expiration date for extension renewal. This could possibly be the reason why so many of us are having with the website and getting to page 2.
