Why not the app?
It does work and I used it on Monday to do my report. At first I was doing it as a test but when I was able to get to page 2 I decided to go ahead and complete it.
It does have some advantages since it gives different messages than the one to contact your local office on the online site.
The app has never worked for me. It always throws an error message "Failed to connect or timed out. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't resolve the issue.

Not where I live. I already had 1 jab of AZ. I sat with Thais and nothing you describe...
Consider yourself lucky I guess...

Total rubbish, I registered at a hospital in Sukhothai province two weeks ago and was vacinnated with AZ one hour later. Waiting now for the second jab in October, stretching it to 16 weeks, would like it sooner.
I'm just passing along what was reported by "Thai news media". You can take up your "total rubbish" opinion with them, not me...

So just made an online appointment for my 90 day report at MTT.
After filling it all in with the pertinent info requested and click finish it states to check your email inbox for the appointment receipt or text.
Well there is nothing sent to my email address, neither in the inbox nor the junk mail folder, and no text received to the phone number provided.
Make another appointment and take a screenshot of your booking after you click finish.

Interesting that they list Certificate of Residence under CW given that they are currently done at MTT. Maybe that's changing back too.
Or the ever-so popular "misunderstanding".

You should smell some of these nasty local nationals (men and women) in my condo elevator every morning. I swear they bathe in that stuff!!!

Doesn't matter, period. It's about treating people with dignity and respect. Not to mention the fact that the Thai constitution states that racism (put simply) is not permitted. Thailand also signed agreements with the WTO to treat foreigners and Thai nationals equally. You can google these facts for your own general knowledge.

Reopening date confusion shows government must communicate more clearly.
Couldn't think of a better "Netflix Original" sitcom series than all of this, can you?

Why is Thailand not being considered for firms relocating from Hong Kong?
That's pretty "flipping"-flop obvious don't you think?

I would be more than happy to do my part and receive my two jabs of AZ as I am over 60, but every mass vaccination site in Bangkok seems to be for "Thai ONLY". Being for one and not the other is "SEGREGATION" and "SEGRIGATION IS RACISM"!!!
The website for foreigners never worked correctly and it's down...

Hundreds of vaccinated Indonesian health workers get Covid-19, dozens in hospital "despite being vaccinated with Sinovac". Makes a person think twice, wouldn't you say?

The choice is yours to make, but how does that old saying go? "A fool and his money are soon parted"... TIT No have!

You asked for updates on people's experiences.
I referred you to a thread which has same.
Pretty safe bet these foreigners who got vaccinated in Pattaya were not disguised as Thais at the time.
I asked the OP to share his experience of what happens, not yours, no one else.

Yes the Hospital really thought that John Smith, Bill Jones, & Len Brown...were just Thai names it wasn't until they saw their "Foreigner Face"....they then realized it wasn't Sumchai & family.
Give it a rest Bob..........

Several first hand reports of foreigners getting AZ vaccine in Pattaya here
And no reports in that thread of what you describe.
I'm not responsible for what you or anyone else may not have read personally.

I have read in the news as I'm pretty sure many in this forum have about 4 elderly foreign gentlemen (ages 67-80) had registered and traveled together to a particular hospital for their AZ jabs. Upon arrival to receive their jabs they were told that AZ was for "Thais ONLY" and they could only have SV. Please update all of us about "your" experience when they actually see your foreigner face.

When you chose to live overseas, you obviously could afford to buy an airline ticket to get there, and hopefully weren't too irresponsible to not have an emergency reserve pot of cash.
To use a previous poster's analogy. When I stay in a hotel I don't expect room service to be free.
If you are living in podunk backofbeyond North Dakota, or worse still Alaska, those folks I guarantee you aren't expecting some Government vaccination truck to be rolling up at their door, to deliver the 'room service' shot
They are getting in their truck to drive the 100 miles or so to the nearest vaccination center.
So why so many of you think you fall into some special case baffles me, because these are the choices you made.
The point is is that not only do we pay taxes to America, we also pay into the Medicare system. If the American government can send vaccines and financial aid (funded by American citizens) to the rest of the world, then why not us? Why aren't you and everyone else slamming the governments of China, France and Belgium for taking care of their citizens? This is between American citizens and our government, not anyone else!!!
Case in point: What makes the South Korean troops a special case?
America sent vaccines to every American embassy in the world for their staff and their families. Why are they a special case?

I don't think there are any Americans working in Citizen Services any more.
Last communication I had from them was definitely not a native speaker.
Poor English.
Same here... I get much more timely and intelligent information from the Brits embassy!!!

90 day report nightmare
in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Posted
The online system always worked for me until my last extension renewal (October 2020). I saved screenshots of what and how everything was entered the last time it worked successfully. Following the same method doesn't help. The only thing that has changed is that previously I always had a multiple re-entry permit with my annual extension of stay (non-o retirement). My current extension of stay I opted not to have a re-entry permit due to the current travel restrictions.
