Nobody is actively looking for him.  Just another rich Asian with (bought) EU passport.  If the biometrics of the person matches that entered with the passport, everything's gold.

People talk of Interpol as if they are agents with guns running around the world kicking-in doors. 

Interpol is the exact opposite.  It consists of people sitting in offices sending paperwork to member nations and asking if  local police would be willing to look-for and arrest someone. 

Interpol has zero jurisdiction.

Red Notices do reach all countries and airports, but it still depends on whether that country is willing to honor the notice.

To be fair, the 14-day quarantine is not being locked in a room, the idea is that the tourist will have full access to the hotel/resort grounds and facilities during this time.

But until hookers start giving reciepts, I doubt many will be willing to spend 1 million baht during their visit.

Sounds like someone wanted all the benefits without any of the responsibilities.  Now you want to be a father after-the-fact.

If being an active father is really that important, pay everything your ex wants.  But somehow I doubt you'll be opening your wallet.
