    I would therefore strongly suggest you just go with the extra insulation on top of the ceiling.

    Also not sure why you can't install a whirlybird..they are easy to install on the existing roof tiles.

    I will look into the whirly bird option.

    Not sure how to work that out, one of my buildings has 120sqm ( approx ) footprint, highest apex of roof i'm gueesing 1.5m, very shallow.

    I recently ( last year ) upgraded all windows and doors which was a massive improvement, now just fine tuning i guess.

    Sounds very expensive, I would want to be standing in someone's house between 12pm-2pm on a very hot day like today to feel how cool it really is with that stuff your thinking of putting in, unless you have a small area under your roof to cover.

     

    Put it this way, when someone walks in here they think the A/C is on, but its' not, and we are not uncomfortable at all, love it ????

     

    I already have the rolls of insulation installed when house built.

     

    I have about 220sqm total ( on 3 buildings ) i want done, so looking at about 120-130K which i'm willing to try.

    Whirly birds / roof vents not an option for me due to roof design.

     

    Had it been an option would have tried before going to foam.

    The takeover price was 6,900,000.00 THB but that price came now down to 5, 900, 0000.00 THB. It just had a makeover of 500k THB. The rent is with 300k THB prepay for 1 year is 120k THB per month and without prepaying 150k THB per month. It is easy to earn because the daily revenue is over 40k THB. There is NO key money involved. The present owner will provide due to the Coronavirus period the first 3 months free of rental. The first rent to pay is August 2020.

     

     

    Daily revenue 40K, hmmmm - on the occasions i've been in there never appeared to be too busy.

     

    Was much better with previous owner for sure.

    I even get the Ya Ba even though you would have to be brain dead to take that stuff.

    I have several machete's you describe scattered about my land, they're mainly used for working in the garden but by the end of the day are strategically placed.

     

    You're very naive if you this this is not common and not only are they kept at home, similar waepons are in most vehicles.

    I disagree, i would say a good bar beer ( as you like to call them ) make more more than a good gogo.

     

    Some of the bar beers ( as you like to call them ) are open almost 24/7 ( or were ) and there's always people in them, they have much much lower overheads, rents and girls salaries and electric bills etc than what a gogo would.

     

    The top one or two gogos only make big money ( or used to ).

    Foam is most commonly polyurethane. The degradation products of polyurethane are hydrogen cyanide, among plenty of other toxic compounds. Fibreglass insulation is far safer.

    Leaks won't improve by spraying on foam. All that is doing is delaying the inevitable.

    The flamability theory is one i will discuss with 'potential' supplier.

    In my experience unless you are staying in a very high end condo the gyms are normally rubbish. Equipment not changed since condo opened, never maintainer, never cleaned.
