  1. "Pot calling Kettle black," most endearing trait of the MAGA crowd. "A kiss is just a kiss A sigh is just a sigh The fundamental things apply As time goes by."
  2. Between your tiresome superiority complex and this now "Vance wannabe" stance, I much prefer the former, if for nothing else it doesn't reek of self-righteousness, mate. (btw, what's going on at Sky News lately, I kinda miss their jovial, cherubic front...)
  3. Bla bla bla (which reminds me of one feminine garment kiosk at my local Lotus whose sign says" Barbala Bla")... Another 10 days and we'll hear the last rites as far as Trump campaign is concerned. Then the on-going debate here can move to Rikers island Pen cell block 6 (the block number might change) where Trump will be hanging out for the rest of his remaining decade(s). There he can be whatever his MAGA fans want him to be, and then some.
  4. Sounds like MAGA last, ergh -errgghh -errrggghhh G.A.S.P.S.P.S.S.S.S Hang in there dearies, last rites'll be here soon enough. Btw, can I have the Rambo Trump flag? Or the Capitol noose? Oh, sorry, you'll need those for Jan6 v.02.
  5. At this late stage in the game, it truly spelsl desperation with this kind of word salad still being served up, with heavy "Vance" flavored dressing, and toppings from god knows where questionable sources. Absolutely.
  6. And I would add, facial expressibility as well..._
  7. Re Trump: "Unity" means nobody critizes him. Re Vance: "Man of extraordinary moral and intellectual flexibiity."
  8. In my post which has been moved to the appropriate sub forum, there's relevant details to what I was asking. Obivously a topic headline is a summary to give a general idea. Then the body of the topic would expand on that. You can't judge a question by just its headline. Regarding waste of space, your comment is one example, not to mention waste of time.
  9. 'm thinking of visiting this city, just wondering if there's public transportation (city bus, songthaews) beside the usual grab motoxai, taxis? Thank you in advance for your input.
  10. Here's the sound of someone in love with his own words, be they sense or nonsense. And a sense of superiority that leans on survival not of the fittest, but the loudest. Probably come from the same factory mold as JD Vance.
  11. The range of English vocabulary in this little passage is simply astounding. "lunatics, dogs, kangaroos, felon" sounds like something that makes the daily round of a jailcell block. The qualifier "rabid" comes to mind. Good homegrown stuff from the fertile soil that has been Trump stomping grounds for the last few campaigns.. But the worms are getting few and far between for the home stretch, and the master behaves more zombie-like as the days go near. In the meantime, the locusts keep on with the rukus (ah, that rhymes!)
  12. C'mon sis, no need to act like an ingenue... On the other hand, no one believes you would cede your favorite position to anyone, that of being the one on the receiving ends (plural.) So @Inderpland was right: "Admit it, admit it!!"
  13. Assuming he "dodged" a bullet in Pennsylvania - though it tore through one ear - Trump might wish that he hadn't post 2024 election, when the only light at the end of the tunnel he could see will be from the sole light bulb in his jail cell
  14. The moment Trump knew he's been struck probably, given the circumstance, by a bullet, is when said bullet struck him. Prior to that, he was not aware of the shooter firing at him from 300 meters away. Therefore he did not "evade," or tried to, ie "dodge" (see transitive 1) a bullet. Itn fact it struck him in one ear, blood all over that side of his face. Lesson to be learned (late better than never): One doesn't win arguments by dishonesty. Or by "dodging" the truth (see transitive 2) dodge transitive verb 1 a : to evade by a sudden or repeated shift of position dodge tacklers b : to avoid an encounter with celebrities dodging the media 2 : to evade (something, such as a duty) usually indirectly or by trickery dodged the draft by leaving the country
  15. Correct, continued desperation makes Trump look like he's undergoing mummyfication. The low-energy voice, the grasping intake of air, the insane incantations of "Biden's circles" - "he couldn't fill up the 8 circles, they were so beautiful, they're beautiful to look at...." give hope that another assass attempt might not be needed.
  16. Except Melania doesn't believe in underwear. Ask Epstein, erh, sorry he's not available for the moment.
  17. Spew, baby, spew. Do what you do best (and don't forget hate). Your raison d'etre, I suppose. (pardon my french.)
  18. Oh, and what happened to "babykilling" and "fascist"? Those got stale already?
  19. Thanks for the link. After of nearly 5 yrs into our relationship, it recently dawned on me my 46 yo Thai partner may have ADHD (and now thanks to this thread, with the suffix -i). Among the many things that make me notice his brain is not functionally normally, one stands out: Let's say an average adult would place a glace of water somewhere near the center of the table, but he would place it at the edge. A kid might do it the same way, but said kid is expected to improve with time and learn to move the glass toward the center so you won't knock it over by accident. My partner does it 10 time out of 10, by the rim of the table. That fits one of the characteristics of ADHD, "tendency to make careless mistakes." I remember seening a Carol Burnet skit in which Harvey Corman taking his accicdent prone wife Carol to dinner at a restaurant. She immediately ordered something flambee - so you could imagine all the catastrophes that could and would ensue. My partner would usually take the longer, more circuitous road to achieve a lesser result. It seems like he - or his brain's eye srather see things peripherally, instead of what is straight ahead. He's on meds throughout his adult life, presumably for bi-polar disorder (Van Gogh category where he would hear noises that bother him noticeably). I ask him if one of his meds are among those cited here, he says no. The one he shows me is Risperidone GPO for his bi polar. He would go to the hospital every 3 months when he runs out of meds and come home with a bushel of them. It always takes less than 5 minutes at each visit for the doc to ask, is everything ok? Yes? Then prescribe a refill. I'm at a loss at how he arrives at a daily schedule of taking his battery of meds. I don't think he has one.
  20. At food courts, I too more than once was wondering what I could do when the portion given to me over the counter was abysmally small, kiddie size (for example stewed port-leg over rice with a tiny morsel of pork flatttened out with great fanfare than gingerly placed on top of the rice) Should I ask/beg for more? Should I refuse to pay? I guess the strategy would be do a first then if no remedy, do b. One time at another food courtI brought back the plate and show the cook/server the piece of chicken bone that she served me for what supposed to be chicken masaman over rice. She begrudgingly replaced it with another piece of bone, equal in size, but having some meat on it. My conclusion was that she simply didn't like serving farangs... More recently I had a coconut smoothie at one of the cocowalk stands you see popping up at food courts. The one I had at Chatujak mall was absolutely terrific, the vendor used the whole coconut. Back at my Lotus foodcourt, I ordered the same at a stand that also had the same cocowalk sign. I saw the vendor take out a thin sliver of coconut then put in the usual mixers. The drink was abysmal, she might as well have just used carnation milk and ice. I didn't complain, but saying a curse under my breath: "You're committing career suicide!" On later visits, I noticed that her stand got nary a customer. Then 3 months later, it went out of business. That got me thinking, had I complained, maybe she would have shaped up and improved her business... Oh well.
  21. Or "what have you done for your ** US ** democracy?" (it's "for", not "to" so MAGA clan is advised not to come clear, it's holy water that will burn...) Asks the man who: - donates 1 mil to Harris campaign, to make sure that democracy is part of his kids inheritance (minus 1 mil though) - founder of Anti-Psychopath PAC whose purpose in life is to be a bigly huge thorn on Trump's side - for experience alone, ex-spouse of Trump's most successful presidential - ie the only one past, no present and absolutely no future - campaign manager KellyAnne C. So here's the interview with the Van Helsing of our political time ... (- And, you're welcome.)
