But it has only been 60 days or less for the refund. -

And they should be able to trace it. Your OP is not clear about Visa number - did it actually change or just a new card expiration date? As the Visa account owner expect you could also start communications on that front if BA not responsive. -

In my reading you have not received any refund from BA - expect they should be taking the action to prove refund has been made. How would BBL know anything about it if nothing received (no way they could trace). -
His involvement seems to have been reporting. https://www.thairath.co.th/news/local/2449353

Except most immigration offices now want you to make reservations in advance - this year obtained bank statement June 10 for June 22 immigration and no issues (was using income and June deposits on statement and passbook up to date).

They do/did in the USA as ground wire is/was attached to them for ground in adaptor plugs. Guess my years showing. -
Metal vs plastic electric wall boxes

They could become live? Even if the faceplate is plastic the screws holding it are metal and if live wire touched box it would be live. If box grounded breaker would hopefully trip before someone touched it. -
Actually there should be no need for deposit using your Bangkok Bank Passbook as they will update without transaction.

Indeed - a few days after MRI in old model with little room my arm (inside unit as could not keep above head) would have massive bruising marks but no discomfort (just from pressure on it for the 2-3 hours in the machine). New larger unit does not seem to be an issue.

I believe this was about topping up a card account - not buying a ticket. And believe accounts now fall under very strict money laundering rules, which will prevent even large players like PayPal from operating for those without ID cards. At least you can still top up with show of passport for this.????

Metal vs plastic electric wall boxes
lopburi3 replied to OneMoreFarang's topic in The Electrical Forum
In the very old days in USA (and perhaps still) metal was used along with conductive metal conduit which acted as the ground wire. Not great as any bad connection to box and ground was gone. Expect many of those asking for metal are from that era/land. Original plastics were not much for longevity. -
Indeed that may well be true.

Actually yes - I have had it happen a number of times - and the pharmacist has prevailed. They are much more aware of drug issues than most doctors and better doctors know this.
-
But you state nothing about review - just side reactions - which is something that may happen to some but not to others - as for pushing pills not sure how that has anything to do with buying from hospital or outside pharmacy. As for shills suspect you will find much more of that outside hospital settings.
-
If paying the bill yes - for those of us with insurance not always worth the smaller savings. Hospital does provide an extra level of oversight for your medications/conditions by trained pharmacist's. This is unlikely in a pharmacy.

Want to buy locally 3 outlet Extension Cords - without power strip.
lopburi3 replied to JimmyJ's topic in Chiang Mai
220v will have half the wire size (you are only using half the amperage of 110v) and will be much lighter. Suspect power strips are used because they have to accept many types of plugs so must be larger area internally. -
As said price has gone up - baht has gone down - expect that to mean higher prices, if not now, soon. As for small pharmacy selling at low price - there may be reasons for such - such as expired or near expiration date and actual fake medications in a few cases. And in almost all such cases poor storage (high temps at night and often 24 hours a day). That said there is a rather large price difference between pharmacies - just as between hospital pharmacies. Sheryl will advise to just get the medication name at hospital and buy elsewhere for savings - and this is true and in most cases safe. But there is a valid reason for higher hospital charges as the medication will be fresh/stored properly and dispensed by pharmacists that will check patient medication records and question doctor if they feel in error (been there and pharmacists have had final word).

Some of us don't have mobile apps (imagine that). Stuck in the Nokia phone pad era and attempts to learn android fails or phone breaks or not enough volume to hear. Guess some of us are just too old to learn - not to mention anything below 21" display looks like a drug warning script and completely unreadable. ????

I had the same issue but when sounded retreat found I was registered. Just did not fill out that page.

1. There is no requirement to enter ID card number - that is for additional membership - but they are not clear on that at all. 2. There is no list of ordered items or items you want to have quick access to when ordering as was case before or can with Tops. Klutzy workaround is to use previous order list. 3. Ordering address is indeed a mess - and if you want same day delivery no actual stores are available - only the local Lotuss Fresh Mart - and my one try had only one item of a dozen available (although supposed to be current stock list displayed). For next day delivery a supermarket order was supposed to be 10-14 and arrived 1600 with no notice of delay. But stock control is much better than Tesco with all/most items ordered available (more than 30 different items). Reason for store choice is stock may be available at one but not another so can be valuable tool. 4. Personal data page will not allow edit of phone number - have had spam SMS for weeks asking to go to fill out customer survey - doing so did not stop the spam and as soon as completed first question (are you an employee it ended). As was Tesco delivery customer since it started as prototype many years ago have just about given up.

Will add as thread revived that Canon 810/811 carts seem to be back in supply (but no XL versions) and have bought within last several weeks.
