Fuel up has been on my dime every time - any stop is a completed trip/pay and must restart meter to continue unless driver in agreement not to do so. This is my experience over 5 decades. Actually meter taxi rule was intended to end this practice - Thai being Thai often do ask but normally only if going out of the way or from commercial zones where drivers do not want to use meter. Actually most Thai will tip up to next ten baht and with price currently a larger tips is always appreciated. Taxi transport here is just about the cheapest in the world even with a few baht tip.

He might not be charged if can show trip and that reported soon after return and his receipt of rejection. If fine it is 2,000 baht. But the chance of rejection is so low (if have done before and use site to enter previous information) as to make the risk very slight. We read about rejections - most people have no issues with current system.

Not at all - but first post after registration asking for a list with Thai/English names seems a bit much,

Please provide information that I can post/resell elsewhere?

Not sure if you are also new to Thailand but be aware if have house you may want more of an outside kitchen custom built as most Thai use and that would not be IKEA or HomePro type. If a confined condo the fixed plan type systems become much more attractive. Remember it is hot here - if you cook inside it is even hotter - most Thai cooking involves liberal use of oil - not that nice inside.

You obviously already gave that money to your wife or it is from her share of your account under joint property. That letter says so. It is an exercise to make it possible to register the land for a Thai married to a foreigner. Suspect most expats welcome the change allowing wife to take their name and register land.
-
The land ownership issue was never a law AFAIK - it was a Land Office policy to not register land to wife of foreigner because there was no way to exempt this from being 50% property under Thai marriage laws. A few years ago they adopted a signed paper procedure that money used belonged 100% to Thai so land bought would not be joint property. The death inheritance transfer issue is taken care of with a rule that property must be sold to a Thai within one year of Thai owners death.

There are still some long in the tooth posters here - but we are a dying breed. -
This is example of Bangkok price from large clinic - so was your quote for RCT only or did it include below: 10-14k RCT molar 5-7k Dental post (may not be required if tooth in good condition) 9-22k Crown (depending on quality)

Thanks very much for the report and report of paper order and links to extra forms (front desk did not provide all of them with TM7 when I did in June). As I have reported since early 2019 Chiang Wattana has required TM30 receipt from me and when I did not provide copy in 2020 they pulled from passport and did so. Along with TM47 receipt.

You might want to check real costs of those airline points - exchange rate will be less than Wise - ATM use fee - Card foreign use fee - the money in pocket here is Baht and 65k transfer each month helps to take care of that. But do understand some prefer cash in account and some will have no fee cards making their use more attractive.
-
The RCT often requires a return to complete cleaning - then a session for a metal shaft in most cases (to make strong enough for crown) and then another for crown and then perhaps follow up. But RCT should be available at most dental offices.

Credit advices is from bank of payment - if Bangkok Bank account is used for payment it will be FTT. If a payment is not marked FTT use Wise receipt to determine bank making payment in Thailand and get credit advice from them. As said above it is best to have your account marked for all payment by Bangkok Bank at Wise to avoid issues.
-
RCT would also require a crown and have a limited life. If location/bone allows believe most doctors today would recommend implant. The cost difference is not that great - RCT/high gold crown will cost 30k or more most places and implant about 60k. Implant may take few months however so if time not available RCT would be choice.

Not sure what you are talking about as Lazada has all kinds of Samsung phones including official Samsung dealer. This is A24 page https://www.lazada.co.th/tag/samsung-a24/? They deliver thousands of items a day directly to your home with only minor issues - you will get items or a refund.
-
Actually Lazada is a minefield to navigate. Often search results are not even close unless searching specific make/model. Descriptions can not be trusted and are often totally wrong. One place a brand name and then marked as no brand in another place. Half truths. Posted image/price for something totally different. Some items with no Thai - some items set to Thai. That said use often and believe a good platform - but you do have to be very careful of sellers and what you are actually buying. I have found much better log on using Google rather than directly. No problems at all now but indeed had same issues previously.

You are asking about current cell phones? Not these?

What's good about the Philippines?

Likely has a direct relationship with birth rate - there is a much higher demand rather than an oversupply as in Thailand.
