Well and even then, as soon it is a family situation and school starts... Many i see that do stay here also end up near broke. Then again, if the choice is minimum wage fulltime in the west or a simple life here, maybe here is better.

Currently waiting to finalize family court in december, after that my child will get the EU passport as well she can get a long-term visa easily as long he will register and go to school in EU + I will also live there (chavez law, parents can't be seperated from children). Not having immediate plans to go but it is starting to be very likely, even if it would be for like half the year. I actually get more quality for money and even a mortgage in Spain too, free school / healthcare. When the taxing thing comes in the news again, I would be sure. I just wonder to the OP: You say your Belgium bank informed you Thailand had asked information? Is this really true? That would be a huge indication that things are moving high speed. The entire lawyer / court thing is super easy and unlike what I heard, waiting times 4 weeks only and total costs under 15k baht in CM.

Thai Child Dependent Visa
ChaiyaTH replied to KruAlastair's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Birth certificate Copy ID mother House book etc documents Your passport and copies 400K bank for applying 90 day non-o most places nowadays, can extend 60 days and yearly. Can also extend 60 days based on 60 days on arrrival (prior 30 days). Depending your specifics you might need a document from the amphur as well proving your are. Every immigration can be different, some might want you to show up with your ex as well. You were married before so you already have the needed rights, unless you married after the child was born, in that case you have to do family court first. You can dot his until the child is 20 years old. -

Thai Child Dependent Visa

How can you be unaware of it while having a 9 year old child. Yes of course it is real thing, maybe use Google? -
BS plenty of people who can't keep it hard even they were turned on and want to do it, at those ages. You would be surprised how many guys have that issue as just very few publicly admit it.

If you done your research you would also know that it obviously doesn't work if you start doing that when it is too late already. People also always overestimate the short term results over mid- and long terms. I mean, if you lived careless for the first 50 years, you really expect significant changes within a year? When it is too late already, there are no real natural solutions, you just buy viagra. Exists for a reason.

Have a friend doing this consistently for years now with tourist visa's and never had issues. I also heard from him that there are digital nomad visa's in the work.

Even without ad blocker, it actually is often not loading the ad there correctly and then instead loads another square google ad under the content bar with the title. This is super annoying, that is essentially how you motivate people to use ad blockers.

That's advertising space, they still have this configured wrongly.

Thailand to tax residents’ foreign income irrespective of remittance
ChaiyaTH replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
That's the most retarded thing I read on this forum in years. It's actually the opposite, you have to be very stupid to get a TIN. It's already clear who is the boss at your house, the wife lol. Do you also jump of bridges when others do it? -
I won't drink water without lime or lemon in it.

Desperate benefactors or employees at the pathetic news company running it. Same they can't even properly configure this open source forum software with normal ads, instead they spam you to the max, which in reality costs them ad income. Thai style, stick your head in the sand and ask more. -

Clearly you didn't get enough water as your posting this crap. -
'Good security at a condo' that is all in your own imaginary mind then. LOL! Just buy an airtag, it wil have statistically higher chance of doing that job. For the love of god, use some farmer brains.

Whats up with weed in Thailand
ChaiyaTH replied to James Randall Gape's topic in Thailand Cannabis Forum
You will be jailed unless giving the officer a BJ, you have to ask them for the fine 69 option. Yes, there are stupid questions. -
Bangkok has rarely changed as of what the OP mentioned indeed; the income and Thai lifestyle has barely changed, the 'inflation' that in reality is very little, is only applied there. In all other places, mainly preying on tourist dollars aside of their farm life, however, try to milk foreigners since 2016 +. Obviously you do get the same taste of that medicine if you venture down to the commercial tourist wahalla's such as lower sukhumvit etc. But yeah to cut to the point: Bangkok is very attractive nowadays in most areas. It also still has that original Thai feel to it, like it was 5-10 years ago + longer. Almost anywhere I have bee recently, from Vientiene to Phnom Penh to most places in Thailand, it is all clearly depressing and on the brink of a economic collapse. Only place that seems and is thriving is Vietnam. For BKK (and it's 99% locals), I doubt much changes, in fact, it might even get better if a economic collapse happens, for those with money. Nightlife same thing: prices of 2-3-4k short time seem to be normal in most cities while it's still 1k in BKK. But Pattaya just as cheap.

Bangkok The old senile man from up north speaking again clearly, he doesn't even know 4 parts of Bangkok...

Now starting: Chiang Mai Expats Dining Group
ChaiyaTH replied to Old Curmudgeon's topic in Chiang Mai
Graveyard might be a place to find people. What is the point anyway to meet with random other people, to go to a place that is more of quality and service to begin with? Isn't that what you do with your other half, friends or a date? Thailand is already a super low entry and social country, if you can't chat up a stranger here it will happen nowhere. -
Super boring and quiet there, hard to get lucky. How you manage to get such expensive tickets, you could fly maldives round trip for that.. Not sure what you are on about too, I just checked myself and the average one way direct flight for entire months available is 2K baht. This routes one needs to pre-book too same as any southern destinations, still plenty of options for 3K baht. One can choose to pay 10K to fly to Samui as well. Meanwhile one can fly for 250-300 euro one way to Europe nowadays...

Restaurant Owner Exposes Corrupt Officials, Left with Only 2,000 Baht
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I always joke that owning most businesses here is like buying a job at best, you essentially work for the landlord and officials. -
Leftish people are such terrible losers.. and it's full of them here, Americans specifically. When they won, the entire world news was quiet at once. Now they are near losing again and the full fight and hate it is on, and if they lose, they will continue as well until the next election to try and burn anyone. Just watch now how they already try to hate on Musk again for having contact with Putin. Pathetic.

What is the point of contacting them as the kid is 21 already, he is no longer a child after 20. So it is too late. Likely even at 18 already. Kind of a huge miss obviously, that person could have had a western passport.... There is quite a few half thai kids even to which this happens, when the dad dies unexpected and they were not married. Get it done if you can get it done, don't delay stuff like this. Same for adopting. It's like throwing away a 250-500K USD passport / second life option.
