Funny most American travellers I came across lately, who are mid 20 or early 30 all seem to be from there.

Netherlands and 80-150K a month, yet I earn this offshore and from multiple sources, even it does come into my Thai account for a good part from overseas, the Dutch embassy would not be able and verify that income, as it is not made in Netherlands. So you would tell me I can still then do this? As most digital workers have same or similar issue. I never spend less than 1 million a year for over a decade already, visible in Kasikorn, yet they hassle me. I should have been given a permanent residence at least, spending like 350K USD from 20-30 years old. And if they not make me leave, it could be another 1.5-2 million USD over life. Why not keep 400K baht in the bank then? I would have lost from 33.5 per 1 EUR to 39.5 per 1 EUR already in the past 2 years again (nearly 2000 euro), I had quite a few holidays to Vietnam with that money, and liked to just obtain a new single non-o instead. Excuse for some alone time too. Just gonna still marry on paper, so I can at least do the 60 day extensions on a 30 day on arrival. Better than nothing for now. Not so sure Thailand is moving in the right direction to stay much longer than a few years more anyway.

Just open the cover of the AC in your next 5 hotels, you will find the filters are extremely dirty, even it's like a 5 minute job to remove and clean those. 9/10 times I get a cold or get sick, it is after I stayed at a hotel.

Both are useless, unless they would buy dozens of those planes.

Income proof still depends on the embassies individually confirming that income too as far I know, that is the entire problem with the 40K in the first place and why everyone is left with the 400K option. Not sure why some posters even suggest this, now that they also took the easy single entry visa away, as of demanding 400K. This again is also entirely nonsense, as most people including me, mania and others, just want a single entry non-o visa. I mean, by requiring this one might as well just convert inside the country from a 30 days on arrival. The entire visa purpose is gone this way, unless you do it for the extra 3 months, but that is kind of pointless, as one can continue to extend yearly within the country in that case anyway.

Its easy to make yourself as long you can grow the beans. I just not do the beans daily instead and eat it sometimes only.

Underground water is usually super dirty too. Never had issue even with super low pressure to fill any of my tanks, that will be some plumbing fk up then. Aside from the fact one can put a pump on it too. We only use underground for absolute emergencies and with 2 filters.

Yeah right, thats why boat loads of them in 25-45s are single too and the biggest purchasers of XL massage toys on lazada and shopee… and most active on dating sites. The only thing you are right about on that end is that they would try to date and certainly not do a short time or for money. Even all of them cost money sooner or later. Is just insane to then not be able and get a 90 day visa hassle free, while various nationalities even get that on arrival for tourism. Im not even joking, at this point doing the tourist visa and arrivals is even easier for long stayers almost. It makes me especially sick for those with child visa’s, as of literally taking care of a Thai minor.

Yes. Thai economy is down and girls here always look for better options, so now likely more eyes are on foreigners or the good money stories of girls who do do foreigners already. Thai guys are aware we make 3-5-10-20x daily what they do, thats why they are always vigilant AF when walking with their girls on the market. But its not as if thai guys are jealous on us with the discarded girls they no longer wanted once they hit 22 or older. No thats really not the case. It is their girlfriends who secretly eye us or our girlfriend or both, or gossip and talk with friends abt money and foreigners. in a way, imagine we are them, i would also see the foreigner as a threat / enemy. In fact even we are not, any guy who likes our girls, and has more money, doesnt look worse, is a threat. its naive to think its not.

I dont even get this logic as a non-o by default is 90 days, and they mention 60 days or less while one could then get a tourist visa hassle free….. they lost it!

Meanwhile she (the miss), can get a 6 months and then 5 year visa for entire europe, based on the chavez agreement (cant split parents from children). no money proof, no complicated nothing. After 2 times she even be resident / passport holder.
