    I never was a heavy drinker. Didn't like beer, but wine 🍷. Since 2 years I don't drink almost no more alcohol, feel better without.

    The 800k in the bank or the 65k monthly income you actually don't need, when an agent will be in charge of your retirement visa. Many retired falangs, especially in Pattaya, couldn't stay in Thailand without the "agent visa option". (Costs around 20k)
