Was living for 12 years at Rachadaphisek Road. A lot of shopping and MRT station. Ratchadaphisek (or Ratchada, as it's known) is an entertainment, business and residential district that's largely unvisited by most tourists in Bangkok.

Divorce very easy, just instruct wife what to say at Amphur during the process. Didn't take more than 10 - 15 minutes in my case. Beforehand put an amount of money in an envelope and tell wife that you will handover when leaving Amphur. (in my case 20k + additional 1k for the lady at the Amphur. Important, both parties are willing to get a divorce without any discussions. Good luck ????

PeachCH replied to AlexRRR's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
A topic discussion which repeat itself every few days. The answers always the same. The easiest and quickest option always a Pattaya agent. In a few days visa and bank issues settled. You simply can relax at Jomtien Beach ????. -
Help please - Visa options
PeachCH replied to Oldterrier's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
An agent will do the job without any headaches for you. In Pattaya they will open a bank account with Bangkok Bank. Only this bank has the needed "relation" to the Immigration. Relax☺️???? -

Interesting to read, because in the Philippines the government pushes to vaccinate children at all ages for free. -
Phuket Retirement Visa Agent Recommendation
PeachCH replied to TropicalGuy's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Make a trip to Pattaya and let an agent there take care of your visa. Reliable, cheap and quick. -
Written by hand don't need any witnesses. You can deposit at your embassy.
