    Had a condo in the name of my wife. Then she died and the family wanted 50%. Had to take a lawyer and got to the court in Nakon Si Thamarat. Because there was a testament in my name, the court ruled in my favor (without tea money 💵 😁) The rule, that I have to sell in one years time, could be overturned by my lawyer.

    Why spend any money on a retirement visa? Take an agent, no need to provide any financial requirements. Same time you will make the Immigration happy, as they will get some of the agents fee.

    Drinking at least 4 - 5, cups of coffee ☕ an interesting topic for me 😁 👍. I'm using filter coffee as well also a French press. Both produce same good, strong quality coffee.

    Married and divorced twice to Thai ladies. (before once to an European) Now since 12 years married to a Pinay. They are very family oriented and take good care of their husbands. 😁👍

    I only liked Thailand when working in Bangkok. After my retirement, was living in Pattaya. Didn't like the ambience and moved away from Thailand 🇹🇭.

    I never was a heavy drinker. Didn't like beer, but wine 🍷. Since 2 years I don't drink almost no more alcohol, feel better without.

    To put 800,000 Baht into a bank account for a retirement visa is really not necessary 😁Many falangs, especially in Pattaya, know the "cheap, short cut" visa with an agent 👍And the Immigration appreciate 😁

    Who needs? Drinking beer 🍻 gives you a big belly, cheap wine, headache. Icy water with some lemon is the right way to go.
