My advice is come over, head to Pattaya for 2 months, Head to Chiang Mai for 2 months, Head to Phuket or samui for 2 months than choose. I just got my NEW motorcycle license, ???? ( after 30 years of only a Car license) because of the many check points in Patong, i have avoided it for the past 3 months as i only have a bike now If i need visit town, I usually go early morn from Kamala to Phuket town and return via the monument, where there are NO check points So today drove down 2nd road to hard rock an back along the beach road at apx 2:30 what a mad house> wont be heading back any time soon and wont ever be heading in at night> so ur reports are eye opening for me, Thanks!!!
