If ur in Phuket, the fee is 1,000 baht and no receipt or 2,000 with receipt ur choice ???? so might be wort asking when you go in and tell them you dont need a receipt

Just a note: pre covid Villa in Chern Talay was More expensive for many items than the nearby Central supermarket Now the reverse is true for many items

dont expect them to give ya $$, Better go to a bank in Thailand and get 5 $20 and pay the $40 fee

if your concerned about getting between the airport in a major tourist city to town> perhaps Cambodia is not for you

dont like KL, to big a city for me. Georgetown Penang is a great place to spend a few days, great food, nightlife, walkable, easy to access attractions with public bus, various accommodation and a world heritage site!!

when u include the cost to travel by car to the border /back and 2,000 baht why not just fly to Penang??

all you need show is the money came from outside Thailand and as long as your over 50.... seriously doubt any questions will be asked

you can get a single non O in Phnom Pehn but need show 800,000 in any currency in any bank left PP last Thursday and for air asia had to show onward flight which i had via the link above entered on visa exempt and will convert too O

As above, i have a car thai license but need a motorcyle one> dont have a check for operating on my on my US drviers license Been told that for PHUKET that i can apply for a qr code Its on google play @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=th.go.dlt.qrlicence&gl=US and than read thru the road safety info, check it as i read and that than allows me to drive UNTILL the date to take my driving test anything and or can assist ??
