My seedling seems to be stretching, she's in the sun near the window. I'm rotating the pot every couple hours or so. True leaves have started emerging, and I have moistened the soil with ph 6.3 water. Anything else I should be thinking of?

It is only extracts over 0.2% THC that are illegal. All other parts of the plant including the flowers (buds) can be any level of THC content and are legal to own, grow, distribute, use, buy and sell.
