It pains me to type this and makes me sad but I'm of the opinion that the whole country is now a basket case. It had the chance early 2000s to change but they reverted back to the old ways. It seeps into private enterprise here too, so many of these corrupt, slimy, uniformed snakes become chairman of companies or have seats on the board only because of their rank.
