Yep, everything was open until the last customer left back in the day, after Purachai destroyed the nightlife you had to seek out little secret spots like Penny Black in Soi Cowboy or that little Karaoke bar on Ratchadamnoen for after hours drinks. There was a while where the Grace Hotel Disco and that hotel bar on Petchburi Road also filled an after hours criteria but they soon went by the wayside as the police got increasingly greedy. Hence why Phnom Penh became the best kept secret in South East Asia in the early 00's as it was open all day all night and there was no riff raff there unlike now. It was only the more intrepid expats that ventured over there.

That is correct. You need a separate license to sell. Has to be in a Thai individual or Thai company name only. Foreigners and foreign owned companies cannot apply. The license ONLY covers a particular part of the plant, i.e. if you get a license to sell seeds you can't legally sell flower etc. Licenses to sell flower are getting harder and harder to obtain too. My gf has just received the licenses she applied including for flower but there have been people waiting 6 months or more and heard nothing. Licenses are not cheap either, I think a single license to sell flower was upwards of 23,000thb and you will probably need to pay additional backhanders to move your application along. They will send an inspector round to check your grow to ensure it is at home where your Thai partner registered. If you are growing commercially on a farm or facility as an actual business then there's a lot more paperwork, hassle and money involved.

I dry with just the air-con on at 23°C and constant air flow around but not on the hanging plants. This is enough, I find a dehumidifier dries them out too much and too quickly. Wherever possible I hang the whole plant after removing the excess fan leaves. They are usually dry within 10-12 days. I cure in jars with Boveda packets to maintain 58 to 62% RH for a month burping twice a day for two weeks, down to once a day for the remainder of the month. I will be using Grove TerpLok bags on the next grow, will report back whether they are any good or not but I am hearing great things.

For my indoor grow I am running the AC at 23°C and dehumidifier set for 50% during mid-flower and 40% late flower. I don't run the dehumidifier at any other time as there's no need. I have the Widetech Xiaomi 18L dehumidifier in a 5x5 tent with the AC running 24/7. I think I paid about 5,000thb for it. I might get away with just the air-con on dry setting but after getting botrytis on several plants outside and one inside during rainy season I won't risk it.

Imagine the face loss that would happen if they brought in a foreigner to run the national airline and he was successful? Thai men have very fragile egos and don't work well with foreigners, especially when they have to listen to foreigners that know a lot more than them.
