The Police and prosecutors have to prove it in this case as they have been caught repeatedly lying and covering up for this guy. The might not owe it to us Thai Visa posters but certainly they owe it to the Thai public. I'm sure if there were an Interpol red notice out for Boss Western authorities would have already acted on it and been refusing him entry or visas or arrested him to deport back to Thailand. Which of course leads me to believe that there isn't one at all, and it is yet more lies and procrastination.
