That is no news.. we could read and see it already that the Chinese tourists are being welcomed more than Western tourists....

Review the old ancient laws, and let people really be a part of the community without being forced to go to office for 90 days, adressconfirmations, etc etc...Volunteerwork should be possible, n double pricings etc etc.....

If it will takes as long as the Civil partnership Bill/Gay marriage it can take a few more years.... Such a very slow working Government and no feeling with the needs of the Thai people...

and so is the gambling as it is common to bet on the winner , same as horseracing, boxing, etc etc... But gambling is forbidden.. Again two decisions that are the opposite as nobody will enforce the non gambling law, as long as there are no complaints....Besides that Thailand has never heard of animal welfare??? another issue.. There are too many monkeys, too many stray dogs, but no control.... result is not enough food and exploding breedings...and now these animals fight till death.... Bravo Thailand

dropping further than it is already is almost impossible....But it is not always the teacher to blame.. The first thing to get rid of the always pass law and force students to study.. They are not stupid, they know they can't fail...... and stop with giving minimum grades because students, parents and teachers will loose face....If a student doesn't do anything give him the grade he deserves and not because is always helping to bring the notebooks to the desk of he teacher or giving a neckmassage.....

There was a party last week of 7 days in a temple for a ordination of a monk with the music so loud that we couldn't hear ou own tv, while the temple is 500 meters away... My partner said it is a rich family we can't do anything about it...... and we met a person who is working at a high position in the local government here and she said , that she was also very annoyed with the loud music, but they couldn't do anything... I wonder how much the organizer had paid as he is rich and it seems they have all rights..... Just a example of corruption, as even government officals can't interfere, while a whole neighbourhood is being terrorized by this family

Love must be learned.... and be honest, I see a lot of people who don't know what love is in Thailand...It is normal to have a mia noi or so, normal to cheat, normal for kids to be brought up with grandparents or other families, so they will never experience the love of a parent..and parents will never know how to love a kid, Divorces and split up are normal.. as nobody is putting energy in the relation.... sex, money and freedom are the drivers .. It is shown by the top to lowest ranks in this society... Education is needed, but who can educate this as teachers do the same, parents don't know and society is accepting the way it is now....a very long way to go in Thailand

Of course he will say what tney want to hear... How come it is impossible to legalize it???Make a law or abolish the current one that forbids it and problem solved

Maybe they can attrack Chinese tourists for blood donations and a 3 day free tour as a reward... will do good for the tourist sector and health hub....

Start with decent sexual education in Thailand.... Not keep everything as it is a big secret and shameful to talk about.. Kids will experiment and things like pregnancies will happen... Talk about safe sex and using condoms and for girls especially the anti conception pill and morning after pill...and teach boys that if girls say no.. it means no....and nothing else....And not to forget try to teach them that you only want to have sex the love of of your life....and not give yourself to everyone, because giving your body is the most expensive thing you can give to someone... Everybody wants to have a new cellphone and nobody wants to have old used one

Stupid and probably his money is lost as nobody "knows" where she is or lives now...I am wondering did he never read anything about foreign women and internet relations??? A bit strange for a Dutchman , as normally they do some research....only surf on the internet and you find similar cases....It will be an expensive lesson for him

Rip to the family of the policeofficer.. Someone who did his work and got killed by a......Yeah driver instructor... I am wondering how he became one... Stopping on the highway for fishing, no license plate at the back of his car, drinking and drugs, speeding, and switch lanes to avoid to be arrested and deliberately cutting the policeman's way off....If that is an example how to drive no wonder so many accidents happen...

To retire we don't need international schools.... apart from that there are many place in whole Thailand where you live quietly and in a nice enviroment and cheap....Happy i never have chosen Phuket....But Thailand is focusing on Chinese now....
