No I'm not, I'm pointing out a fundamental fact of that case the poster chose to ignore to paint one side as the aggressor which simply wasn't the case. If you read my original post I said straight away the headbutter should face criminal charges for physical assault. I think the old boy in the above assault also faced charges for the initial road rage.
I can read...Everything you posted about this topic wreaks of you defending the Thai assailant. Only cowards defend other cowards.

And you are TOTALLY defending the worthless punk who cold-cocked an old man. It was a cowardly move by the Thai punk. You should be ashamed.

Why don't you tell me that i try to warn farang who still don't know how to adapt himself for his safety instead you blame me to defend the thai ?? If i don't comment to the thai it doesn't mean i defend him.
All asian children are being taught by his parent in this way. They got angry from their parent if their children get involved and than being attacked like this. Thats why we have the word "som nam na" will you say that it is unacceptable that thai parent tell their children so ?? It tell you , this is their education to always warn their children not to do something stupid like this.
I read every one of your rants. In all of them you chose to blame the victim like it was his fault - just for standing there minding his own business, with his 10-year old daughter no-less!!! Stop trying to defend yourself over it. You’re only re-enforcing the point that has been made here already: that Thai’s generally can’t handle being proven wrong!!

But He is farang. Don't do something democratic which the local have been fighting since decade and isn't over.
They are still in battle. Showing democratic opinion now is negligence. Even in a democratic country in asia. Never do that ! You will just bring yourself into stupid dangerous.
I would avoid being anywhere near these protests as a foreigner, but it’s unacceptable for you to be defending the assailants behavior.

Of course nobody wants to see another person in this situation, and we all hope the story is true and we are not been taken for a ride here. I feel for him too, but why on earth go abroad without insurance?
Or certainly don’t be practicing hand-stands on the balcony with no insurance.

They're starting to get desperate if they are doing this. Letting dirty farangs get residency. Who would have thought.????
Seriously, it's a great idea. Several countries already do this. From a few years ago:

This link is to an article from 2012, a bit more than a “few years ago”, so I doubt you can still get in on that deal for 160,000 euros.

Just in case anyone comes to my funeral and nobody else remembers!
Wow, nobody will appreciate this, but I’ve been trying to find this song for the last few years, so I could add it to my Apple Music library. I never knew who the artist was, which made it very difficult to find, since there are no lyrics. Thanks much!!

Also might add that the agent may 'register' your extension at the local office he has a contact in. So no matter where you live, you very likely will be listed as living in Pattaya or another city when it comes time to do your 90 day reports you had better be aware of that. It's a dirty game, half legal and half not depending on what agent you use and under what circumstances.
This situation sounds like mine, but I have yet to do my first 90-day report. I got my retirement extension late August and they did the day-one 800k deposit into my Bangkok Bank account. I deposited the 800k into my account after, because I don’t want that to be an issue when I do the annual renewal and I don’t want to use an agent again. My extension was processed in Pattaya using a Pattaya address, but I’ve since moved to Hua Hin, where my wife and I plan to stay. Is it not simply a matter of indicating the new address on the TM-30 (I think that’s the 90-day report) when I do the report?

This was just the low season, the losses in the high season will probably be a multitude of this.
1.5 trillion even for that period is too low. 2019 saw 1.9 trillion baht revenue from International tourism and 1.3 trillion for domestic.

I do...I also watch BBC, Al Jazeera, DW and even CNN (at least until I have to vomit, which usually takes about 5 seconds). I like to get all perspectives and know what my enemies are up to.
Open your mind, grasshopper...

I’m talking about way more than just riots (see my initial comment). Stop trying to hide behind your phony “ideology” designation and the weak links you keep posting. If you try pulling your head out and watch the news, like many of us, you will realize my points are common knowledge. In your world maybe everything requires a ‘link’ for justification.

Chris Wray, hand picked by Trump to replace Comey. Card carrying Republian. If you don't believe him, who do you believe?
Maybe card carrying conspiracy theorists like Breitbart and Qanon. You'll be telling us that Hillary Clinton assassinated JFK next.
I believe what I’ve seen in countless YouTube videos of Antifa violence. You can look it up, there’s plenty there.

Why? Does believing that black lives matter make you an idiot? Does believing that facism is bad make you an idiot?
Now you’re oversimplifying. My comment was based more on the actions of those groups - the riots, violence, burning down businesses of innocent people. Primarily the actions of extreme leftists, like BLM/Antifa.

Meet the Americans 'standing by' for possible election violence
"We're idiots, and he is the biggest idiot in the country, so that makes him our leader."
Based on the OP, you would need to include BLM, Antifa and other “antifascists” in that group. I’m pretty sure these groups do not consider Trump their leader.

Trump has had control of the WH and the congress for several years now, so how has the election not been accepted?
Seriously?
Muller "investigation" that resulted in no indictment of the president
Impeachment when it was bound to fail in the senate.
etc
etc.
Not to mention all the time and resources wasted on these efforts at great cost to the American taxpayer.

Couple riding a Harley-Davidson injured in road crash
in Chiang Mai News
Posted
I love Harley’s and have owned several, but I would never ride one here in Thailand. I also would not ride at night except for short hops to the mini-mart on a well-lit road.
