  1. @thaibeachlovers I wasn't aware you have the slightest interest in facts. Is this something new?
  2. @thaibeachlovers Why not? Is the war going anywhere for Russia? Is it very popular with Russians? I think it's more about you not wanting Russia to stop.
  3. What is that rotten stench coming out of the Taps? Beer Singh?
  4. IMO the traps are useless. Especially in a small confined place where you cannot change their placement often. They learn pretty quick, and will out breed their 'losses' anyway. Also, those stuck in the glue will take a long time dying, in the meanwhile making a racket as they try to get away. Any rat killed and not immediately disposed of will make a horrible stench and can cause other issues. Cage traps just mean you'll have to deal with killing them yourself later on (and careful when handling the trap with the rat inside). Mothballs never worked for us. They shy away at first, then learn and ignore them. If you choose these - change the brand or scent every couple of cycles for better results. Poison works, and most seem to make them thirsty so they go to die outside. Problem is with this being a potential danger for pets. If you have someone with a not-fancy aggro cat, that would sort things out quick. And the cat would get some exercise. One place I stayed (not in Thailand) long ago the cat was also kind enough to bring back the corpses for treats by owner. There are guys providing a similar service with snakes. Doubt it's very effective. Another thing you could look into is installing some light in the ceiling area, maybe with a random blinker option. And as it's a confined space, one of them sound emitting gadgets may be effective (we had mixed results).
  5. @thaibeachlovers And you see no shame in raising such a motion without referencing Hamas 7/10 attack? Atrocities committed? Rapes? Hostages taken? Hamas theft of supplies meant for the general population? Hamas accountability as responsible for the safety of Palestinian civilians?
  6. @thaibeachlovers Go back to AJ and stop pestering posters.
  7. @thaibeachlovers Sure. Because Israeli propaganda hallmarks are criticizing Netanyahu, and asserting the Israeli illegal settlement effort to be, well, illegal. Among other such things. Once more, coming from a member who gets a hard-on every time AJ reports something 'supporting' his views, this is one of your funniest yet. And don't get me started about your Putin, Trump fetish....
  8. @thaibeachlovers Again, from someone making loads of despicable, vile comments, this carries very little weight. Same for the constant unsupported 'I saw it on AJ' claims.
  9. @thaibeachlovers Coming from someone that routinely fails to supply links to statements (even outrageous ones), this is plain trolling. Also, considering the number of people you put on 'ignore', maybe you have missed them linked that were posted.
  10. @thaibeachlovers Countries 'disagreeing' with Israel does not imply attacks on civilian ships owned by Israelis, in international water. That may be one your fantasies, though.
  11. @thaibeachlovers You are aware that Hamas did more than 'shooting' on 7/10, right? Was it not reported on AJ?
  12. He can get a job as a day laborer, not so much problems with that. but also no future. Does he have his own bank account? If he does, things are easier - as he can get salary paid. If he does not, then he'll either have to do with very low wages, and less recourse to argue or do something about it. 20-30 years ago, he could have dodged it for maybe 6 months, a year if boss wasn't too nosy or didn't care. Nowadays, I think much less. Problem as I see it is less about him, but about you. If he hangs around in the village doing nothing much eventually he'll need more money (if only to match his friends/peers), and then it's either trying to get it from you/his mom (even more than today), or starting on some petty crime career. How does the Mom see things?
  13. IMO, 'better access' is a rather roundabout way to acknowledge Hamas theft of UN supplies, taking cuts from anything that goes into the Gaza Strip, and so on. Hamas members (and for some, families) also have 'better access' to shelters, for example. That's without counting families of higher ups moved abroad, or them guys living the life in Qatar. But other than that, 'chubby' was actually a slang for Gazans, used by Palestinians in the West Bank. I think it had to do with days of old, when the Gazans were seen as traders, orchard owners and so on - compared to the more 'hard working' Palestinians of the West Bank. Don't know if it's still in use, though.
  14. In it's current form, the party is 11 strong in a 64 seat coalition. That would imply circa 300,000 voters (for comparison, Likud got something like 1,100,000). Your post is irrelevant.
  15. I don't know that you can ignore your own posts....
  16. Liking a post is really a criteria for replying to it. People reply to posts they do not agree with is the norm. You do it on a regular basis. I'll reply to whatever post I feel like. And while I'm sure you find these topics amusing, a fertile ground for you trolling - they ain't a party.
  17. That sounds very much like the Hamas attack on 7/10. The snippet you posted is a very broad premise, essentially allowing the label to be attached to pretty much anything. UN nonsense aside, I think that most people, when dropping their hot-air narrative know what 'genocide' actually is. Usually involves way more people killed, often in a systematic manner. I will contend that not every way or act of war are 'genocide', you can stick with whatever contrived definition which makes you feel self righteous.
  18. Supposing he gets his ID back, and does not have to do prison time or complete his army service - what do you think will change? Will he change his ways ? Are there any actual employment prospects for him?
  19. It's a OP piece which reads likes a post on AN forum. About the same level of reasoning. No wonder it resonated with you.
  20. The hyperbole article doesn't actually reflect your hyperbole one-liner comment. It is all the more asinine considering most of Gaza's Christian community is no longer there for quite some time.
  21. Unlike yourself, Biden is (a) elected (hence representing a public) (b) a USA citizen (so he gets to vote)
  22. @thaibeachlovers Is the above reasoning your opinion? Something Hamas said? Something you 'heard on AJ'? You are aware that there are recent pictures of Hamas men surrendering to IDF forces, right? Maybe they didn't get your memo, or maybe they don't watch AJ. Other than that, what you present as Hamas's positions fits the bill - essentially, it means 'better-that-the-population-gets-bombed-rather-than-we-going-to-prison".
