    Dusit Thanni in Pattaya has private transport. 3 work colleagues arrived this week, all on the same flight all staying in the Dusit..... 3 individual drivers were waiting for them at Swampy to drive them each to BKK PTY Hospital for the PCR test.

    Comical in that you do not need a licence to get insurance or in that the insurance is not valid if you try to make an accident claim when you do not have a licence ?

    Families do come on holiday with their children to simply enjoy Thailand. Between now and next year I have 5 friends coming with wife and kids, they all stay in Phuket resorts though which annoys me as it is a long drive to visit them for the weekend. I know many expats the same, friends and family coming for holidays.

    What medical certificate ? All my work permits have been BOI 2yr permits.

    Ive had numerous work permits and none had a check for syphilis requirement. I think the requirement is dependent of the employment. working at a school = Yes. Engineer at a steel works = No.

    Do the CTP policies differ between private and commercial registration ? If yes, then if the scoot is not legally registered as a commercial vehicle the CTP may not cover..... Insurance companies are always looking to wriggle out of a payout.
