Stool examination vs CEA blood test vs colonoscopy
WhiteBuffaloATM replied to scubascuba3's topic in Health and Medicine
Had a basic 3k blood test pkg recently at private hospital, which included some kind of stool and urine tests.doctor found nothing from results so no need for his next step of colonocopy which they “ recommend” to drive revenue up from these tests. -

Thailand Bottom of World Pension Table

Charlie. :didn’t check any pension figures. just went for the “mitigating” factors ! compared to UK…… but hell thats low…what on earth is it based on … rabbit food for one week ? the disabled allowance is also pathetic, like 250 baht monthly I hear…..token gestures of no practical use. -

OP, you should have included a “surprised Pikachu” emoji representing the dumb shopper when asked to pay by Cashier…..! -
Hacked off with cashless payment.
WhiteBuffaloATM replied to KarenBravo's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
carry only the cash you need for the day. someone mugs you. just hand it over. if you have NO cash the robber will likely become angry enough to beat you ! my pet hate is at the cinema or coffee shop when people take forever to pay 240 baht or 45 baht electronically. I just drop my basket and walk out of grocery stores after loudly requesting more cashiers if stupid delays inc. unprepared dithering shoppers. -

la8rat: incredibly large numbers of clear pseudo crackpot beliefs. what on earth do they teach at high schools there ? and what explains the bizarre paradox between this and USA having 15/ 20 best universities worldwide (other 5/20 in UK) ? i would and have initially encouraged such blind fools to start being rational by simply reading the clear & simple Wikipedia definitions of Pseudo - Science, Conspiracy Theories and Debunking.

main point is Company is Not Closed. So considered Active by Tax Office who need to accept the no assets / no trading status by evidence. which still might make no difference. Doubt the Late Penalty Notice will be Cancelled though. 1st & 2nd year Accounts needed also so already the irrevokable costs so far are circa 100k. unless accountant has been negligent and will pay these costs.
-
well if company not Closed it still typically needs to produce Annual Accounts for filing with local Tax Office.unless there is some formal waiver by law or from tax office for not trading/ no assets. Company Lawyer / Accountant appear remiss here.needs to be promptly settled not just ignored. personally, wouldn’t be able to sleep at night with this hanging over my head…..and getting worse. Looks like the non- filing / late Penalty Notice has been triggered after first year accounts now one year late. these might cost 35-50k to produce each year. Be Careful. I held my first Property ( illegally it turned out) under Thai Company with Nominee Directors, created only for that purpose. When selling seven years later Company Tax Bill plus Closure was 500k baht (independently verified). The rental payments received counted as Trading though. Another guy in same street got hit for 800k under same situation.

again we are getting the “one hundred different cases”, none of which will apply to any of us ! I cannot recommend strongly enough to find out from YB friends what the recent process was like in your Tessaban, before deciding whether to proceed, with or without Agent. With hindsight I would have gladly paid an Agent 10-20k baht.Interestingly, neither my involved Land Owner nor Tessaban Civil Boss, who had earlier cooperated to reissue my blue book, ever offered the YB Agent option……and it never occurred to me , just as using a DLT Agent would never have occurred to me either….. at the time. I described my case here as possibly it was the very worst & miserable yet successful YB experience ever. Especially, when combined with my also-described earlier Blue Book bad story. Problem is, without prior specific knowledge, you just dont know how easy / difficult it is until you have begun the process. Then, because it all seems so reasonable from the List given, you don’t feel like getting an Agent. Later, after I quickly produced the routine listed documents, the non- listed bs started……. -
anti- vaxxers always distortedly claiming some tiny silly process “imperfection” , seeking out the tiniest perceived crack in settled scientific findings, to pock at. like earth’s age being claimed as “unknown” by pseud crackpots because scientific findings have a 0.0002 % or so difference. ludicrous.

Raphael: main point is that its not available to the rest of us NOW. As confirmed by IvorB and Sheryl. -
we were all vaccinated as kids. saved from horrific disabling diseases.our parents knew nothing of the vax clinical trial process. they trusted the medical authorities. so should we. ignore politicians and tv presenters on this. most broadsheet newspaper journalists are credible pro- science sources. the clinical trial process is there if we want to see it. we may barely understand it. that doesn’t change anything. it is what the scientists have made it. they are the experts. we have rights and knowledge access.but we are not the experts here. we trust the aircraft and pilots when we fly. we may not understand how they work. we don’t need to. this is the same. find out about the Covid Death Process and Long Covid. Covid Vax DOES prevent this massively compared to normal immunity. Delta is killing kids. Protect them with vax as medically advised. or dont and fail in your duty as parents. like those religious fools do when refusing medical treatment for their kids.who then die. do not be scared at all by covid vax. it’s an incredible SAFE human marvel. find out what “pseudo- science” and “conspiracy theories” are. they are not properly evidenced. they have ALL been exposed scientifically, point by point. do not be irrationally skeptical. you know deep down the right thing to do. now do it.

90 days report moronic rejection reason
WhiteBuffaloATM replied to andreww's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Question: what do a passport, thai driving licence and thai ID card have in common ? Answer: they are all acceptable in thailand as “Govt Photo ID” so can all be used as such at Hotels, Banks, Hospitals and Govt. / Private Offices. -

Get the anti - vaxxers in USA to elect say ten of their number, who do not profit from their nonsense, as group representatives. Take those people to ten random Covid ICU Wards of their choosing. Show them the Patients, Speak to the Doctors, Examine XRays / MRI / CAT of Lungs & Hearts with Gaping Permanent Damage / Holes and Meet Long Covid Sufferers. Let these Reps. report back honestly to the anti- vaxx community. Watch that Movement crumble and rush to get vaxxed.

raphael: “ I have agovernment hospital card from the designated hospital authorized by thegovernment health hot line……which entitles me to the same 30 baht scheme as Thai. I have usedthis to consult a doctor at this hospital and the total cost was ….. 30BAHT. …….(WHEN ?) I know exactly what I have and what I do not have. I've lived in Thailand fordecades.”(Good For You). right, so you seem to “have” something that no one else has and for which there is no internet trace….. one other member also mentioned this scheme….it was cancelled after one year …..so not available now, yet you imply it’s still valid….for you. Have asked Moderator if such scheme exists..waiting for reply….if it does it’s a fantastic benefit amd I shall certainly get it too ! Somehow doubt it. I DID find an additional YB benefit though….. no 3.3 % business tax if YB held over one year and house resided in over five years. Worth Considerably more than National Park Discounts and No COR Fees…
