  1. Huh? Why would anyone want to "guarantee that authorised dealers sell fake things"?
  2. The blood test on the deceased may obviate the need for any fine for the car driver.
  3. Unless the bike rider was at fault and came out of nowhere or suddenly swerved into the car. Funny how some AN posters automatically lay the blame on Porsche drivers.
  4. ...assuming that the accident wasn't the fault of the motorcyclist!
  5. "...the tint is too dark". Thailand does not have tint regulations and a photo taken at 3am, during darkness, is hardly enough for anyone to determine the darkness of that tint.
  6. That point has arrived as far as that poster's comments are concerned.
  7. I can if you/they do not understand that the majority of the database is not publicly available...as the Interpol website clearly states if you bothered to read it.... "The majority of Red Notices are restricted to law enforcement use only". https://www.interpol.int/en/How-we-work/Notices/Red-Notices/View-Red-Notices
  8. The reality is, you are full of .... You know what. I used the same database as you, the Red notice is not there. Yes, I know that you used the same database as I can use, it is the database that is mostly not viewable by the public, that's why you can only search, maybe, 10% of the entire database. i.e. the part that is available to the public, Interpol's website clearly states that. That you and I cannot see it, because we do not have the authority to see it (because we are not member police forces) does not mean that it is not there.
  9. Good sense is what it suggests.
  10. No one has been able to produce any evidence that confirmed that the red notice was withdrawn and no one, including you, has any idea whether it is still on the Interpol site as the majority of it is not available for public viewing so a search will not produce results. I know that you don't like it, but that is the reality. "...irrespective of what one commenter, on this forum keeps pushing". If you have the evidence, produce it instead of pushing hearsay.
  11. They did receive travel bans, Vorayuth was not banned from travelling abroad when he left.
  12. There is a red notice but they are requests, not instructions, no one has to take any notice of it.
  13. If no country is interested in cooperating with the Thai extradition request for a traffic accident offence, he won't be extradited.
  14. All registration numbers are unique, by definition!

  16. That's what the slappers are banking on!
  17. Why not google their names yourself? I'd guess that providing links to illegal activities is probably against the forum rules.
  18. The two women are not "porn" and neither is it likely that they will be working as prostitutes and they are not being "imported" into Thailand, nothing they will be doing is illegal here.
  19. It isn't by any means all blocked.
  20. There's plenty of uncensored.
  21. Why? Is showing respect for no reason now mandatory? A lot of people agreed with my comment, far more than didn't.
  22. It's a forum, I'll post whatever I want to post and your opinion of me is less than inconsequential.
