  1. ...and, despite your unparalleled, hatred for him, there's no one else likely to be nominated.
  2. Thanks , when you used the Bangkok Bank mobile app to send money from your Bangkok Bank account to the UK , were you asked to sign up / or use a separate money transfer company like ( Wise ) , or was the transfer of money from your Bangkok Bank account all done in house by Bangkok Bank . Direct SWIFT from my BBL account to the beneficiary's UK account.
  3. Not yet he’s not. And he's not yet not the candidate, who else is there?
  4. Yes, it does work from the BBL phone app, I have used it to send money to a third party's UK bank for a purchase.
  5. Pay for your orders online with your Thai bank card or QR code. Which Thai banks are advertising 'gift card' type credits...whatever they are?
  6. "Actually I think he’s incorrect.TIT" He is...he has a thirty year lease, that's all. A new lease may be negotiated after the first thirty years, but, then again, it may not be.
  7. "What is the legal status of a renewal option in a 30 year lease The renewal option in a 30 year lease agreement is not a lease right or option given under Thai property laws to create a longer lease term but a simple promise of the current owner to give a new lease when the registered 30 year term of the lease runs out. Including a renewal option (or any number of renewal options) in a lease agreement is based on the freedom of contract between the parties but says nothing about the enforceability of this promise or options when the registered 30 year lease term actually finishes. https://www.samuiforsale.com/real-estate/renewal-options-in-a-thai-lease-agreement.html#:~:text=If the owner of the, year term (section 564).
  8. "But I'm pretty sure that went nowhere". It did go somewhere...into the Land Code Act.
  9. Your point was, and still is, wrong. There are ways, investment, for example.
  10. Do your own thorough research, they can in certain circumstances. Period.
  11. That's not quite accurate, there are legal ways for foreigners to acquire land. The Land Code Act will help you out.
  12. With a Schengen visa for a long time you don't need a work permit... So no one can enter the Schengen area to work without a Schengen visa, i.e. there are laws in that area that prohibit working in the area without permission. Most people can enter Thailand visa-free or VOA, Schengen area should get rid of that outdated visa requirement!
  13. Right...and I offered up a compassionate alternative to shredded/minced swine flesh & innards, without any of the unnecessary suffering. Should give it a go.👍 Why should he give a go to something that isn't a sausage when he was specifically asking about sausages, not "compassionate alternatives"?
  14. Thailand's prohibiting foreigners from working without a work permit is an "outdated law"? When did your country, and every other, repeal those similar outdated laws?
  15. So you bring the words together, again...the words that you seem to be suggesting are best not being used together! You seem to be the only one who is determined to use them together, several times!
