Still he says he was renting at 50, 000 a month so not slumming it. It also stated this... "All five houses are owned by a Thai businessman known as Tam and his wife. Tam pays a community maintenance fee, estimated at 142,000 baht a year, and Amarin TV said Tam did not collect any rent from Big Joke".

I am a condo renter and it is the same for me. So many people here don't know the difference between a condo and an apartment in connection with electricity bills or don't even know what type of property they actually live in!

Makes no difference, wherever he is, Klong Prem or hospitalised, he is in the custody of the Corrections Department, i.e. he's serving his sentence, he's not free to go anywhere. On being hospitalised, whether in the prison hospital or any other whilst serving a sentence, does not put a hiatus on the sentence.
