There is a law about it when they have more than 5 units, then they can only ask for 1 month deposit and 1 month rent. Thank you, I stand corrected about that law, the law that is ignored by most landlords and is unenforced and unenforceable by the police, while the standard (illegal) deposit remains at two months, which is what the OP needs to be aware of.

That doesn't make it a farang supermarket anymore than, say, Lotus's is with it's imported goods. What percentage of it's customers do you think are "farang", less than 1% probably?
