  1. Yup, and below is such an example What, specifically, was misleading and factually incorrect about that question? How can a question be misleading and factually incorrect, anyway? "Yup, and below is such an example" In actual fact, your comment was the one that was factually incorrect!
  2. The only one on this thread wondering about that is you! Are there unusually high numbers of rape and incest in Thailand?
  3. Perhaps it depends on the size of the python and the size of the ducks? Perhaps the other pythons in the area were using the same buffet?
  4. Indeed, but at least they fit in well with the "misleading and factually incorrect" comments that appear here so frequently!
  5. Extensions/visas issued by Immigration offices, assisted by agents, are not "illegal visas", if they were, the many thousands of people who have used them over the past many decades would have had issues with them. No reports of that at all. The process of obtaining them may be a grey area but that does not make the visas illegal.
  6. Trust a Thaivisa poster. Go right ahead. Does Thailand have a record of cancelling visa facilities after they've issued the visas? The Elite visa's been around for 20 years.
  7. And replace his water boiling and cooking facilities with what? Are there alternatives that use free fuel?
  8. Perhaps he'd keep an acceptable passport copy to show anyone who asked not in an Immigration office while it's out of his hands. Why would he choose to go anywhere near Immigration with no passport?
  9. Safe to assume that he's worked out that his visa application won't clash with the 4 days out of 365 that he needs to do a 90-day report. Or he can just ignore the 90-day report and pay B2,000 next time, no big deal.
  10. Because they are trying their best to fool unaware people. But, of course you had to turn it around No, they're trying to sell to stupid people who foolishly hope that a real Samsung S21 could be bought new at a 95% discount. I didn't turn anything around, the OP was trying to do that by suggesting that the phone in the ad was claiming to be a Samsung.
  11. It's advertised as a "Galaxy" brand, it's not claiming to be any other brand.
  12. How do you know that it's a fake Galaxy phone, have you ever seen a phone branded as Galaxy? No reason for that phone not to be a Galaxy, but it sure isn't a Samsung and they're not claiming that it is.
  13. The biggest clue is that it is not claimed to be a Samsung Galaxy.
  14. Well, it's described as a "Galaxy" phone so perhaps it is a real Galaxy phone. Nowhere does it say that it is a Samsung Galaxy, though. If I was sold a "Galaxy S21" and a buyer wanted a refund because it wasn't a Samsung, I wouldn't be refunding them, would you?
  15. Only if you can delete Immigration's records which will link you and your entry history to the new passport
  16. Why did you take it to a dealer if you knew from the code reader that a sensor needed replacing?
  17. And the vast majority don't use a meter when it rains and when the bars close. You're wrong. Throughout the city the majority do use the meter.
  18. When I wrote that humous bit I guessed someone would make that distinction. I should have known that would be you! Sad! You thought that it was "humous" [sic]? It wasn't; wasn't humourous, either. Sad.
  19. No, they don't permit the driver to hand over the goods before payment, you know, just like cash on delivery. Dude.
