There's something not right about this OP. Based on my experience of a number of refund requests (all successful), problems with purchases on Lazada and requests to return for a refund are always dealt with without any issue. What reason would there be for Lazada to act the way the OP claims if his refund request is legitimate or he's not providing the full story? It does not make any sense.

If you are perhaps you'd quote it, or provide your own evidence of "falling down Sukhumvit".

No, there are no reports or indications that that building is "literally starting to fall down". One layman with a couple of amateur photos of a building that is, literally, not falling down, does not equate to a collapsing Sukhumvit.

Yes. If it's only the colour differences on the wall that you are trying to hide, then primer and enough coats of paint will hide that. If you're trying to hide faults in the wall and areas where work has been done on the original wall, no amount of paint will hide that.
