Generally, in most cases, with some exceptions, in Thailand it's the car that's insured, not the specific driver. Obviously the insurance was valid in this case for the home owner's claim.

Totally different case and scenario, as Vorayuth has multiple nationalities, he is not wanted on any except the Thai one. He does not travel with his Thai passport either. You quoted my response to soi2eddie, I was not asking about Vorayuth. I know that he is not wanted anywhere else and I know that he no longer has a valid Thai passport. -

YouTube channels frequently do give away prizes to subscribers or commentators regardless of what lessons you've been taught but they are always announced by the channel and are likely to require winners to contact the channel via a specified email address, not though a chat app.

Prizes in raffles/competitions such as these in Thailand generally carry a 5% tax, payable by the winner. If a winner had been drawn (in a previously announced raffle by the channel) there would certainly be a mention of it in the channel's "Community" page, in the introduction under the relevant video or in a pinned comment.
