And you think 1 year is a just for killing a doctor?? Different justice based on class , status and demographics?? Slap on the wrist. What a shame!! Did I say that I thought that one year in jail for causing her death in an accident was just? No, I didn't, you need to read what I actually said. My comment was aimed at those Thai-bashing posters who, bizarrely, frequently announce "he'll never do a day in jail", which is usually wrong. Don't forget that he and the RTP are still being sued by the family for B70m.

Is it really garbage? With the tone of your comment and it's generalised implication, yes, garbage.

Garbage.

....and it will be YOUR fault. These are the terms. OK!!" Complete garbage. Unless it actually was your fault, of course.

In the absence of any evidence to the contrary, perhaps the perpetrator in this case was the OP's friend and it was him, not the other driver. who was a "juvenile, weak, anaemic excuse-ridden, barefaced, guilty liar", to use your description. Seems to be his word against the other's.

I take you at your word. You must be more aware of current legislation. Thanks you, I do know that what I posted is accurate. I'm sure that if I am wrong some of those contradicting me will produce the appropriate legislation specifics.

If may have been 3 or 4 years ago that this issue was raised by the government, but my memory seems to be that word 'ban' was certainly used. I appreciate that it's probably like the ban on people traveling in pickup truck beds, which seems to have worked well. No, nothing like your pickup analogy, there is a law dealing with that. There is no law that bans the use, distribution, sale or whatever of plastic bags of the type being discussed here.

Petty Indeed you were.

It doesn't, there is no such law. There may be a recommendation but there sure isn't a law banning free disposable bags.
