To me (again) the only key tidbit would be if Allen Weisselberg -- who is now sitting in jail at Rikers Island -- and who is the 'TO CFO' mentioned 13 times in the indicment statement of facts, will testify at any trial.

Even a possible guilty verdict does not mean necessarily any jail time as ex-President Trump's Secret Service protection-for-life will have a lot to say about it.

Reading the indictment, Lawyer A (Cohen) will testify at any eventual trial. Big question is: Will TO CFO (Weisselberg) testify?

I spent almost 20 years with 2 insurers who do as you say. And I decided I had reasons to move. While the WrL people do not do as you say, that it isn't possible to form ANY kind of opinion about claims paying ability is your opinion. I though the USA was full of them! In the context of jury selection, "peers" is mostly a matter of geography. Whatever crimes Mr. Trump is eventually charged with, they took place in New York City at the Trump offices; not in western Kansas where many counties voted 90% for Trump in 2020.
