It was not what is the actual case, it's about the basic principle of charging a wrongly convicted person for food and accommodation while in jail. If the living expenses now are deducted from any compensation does not alter the callousness of such a law. Guilty prisoners are not expected to pay. Here's an idea, make them pay for their time in jail from any earnings after release.

Exactly Case recently in UK where an innocent guy was released after many years in jail (can't recall the details just now) and they are going to charge him for room and board for all the years in jail.

Quite right. DiskPark has limitations, as you say it does not make data totally unrecoverable, and you can't boot DiskPark from a flash drive so can't be used on an active operating system disk ("C") but if you just want to clean up a disk for your own use it works just fine.

Some while ago I posted some advice on using Active@ KillDisk to delete all data and partitions from a Hdd. I have used this program several times in the past and it worked well for me. Googling for something else I came across a simple, easy way to achieve the same result within Windows, without any 3rd party program. Xiaomi Mijia AirPump Have been using one for just over 3 years. Works well, a bit noisy but that's Ok, good for checking Motobike and kids bike tyres. Battery old (maybe overuse!) will only last about 5 min now before needing recharge. Pain in the butt to change battery (check YouTube) so will probably buy new pump. They have the improved model 2 now so will give that a try. Thank you all for your comments. The child is only 9 years old so doesn't expect super fast gaming machine. My own computer is about 12 years old and that works just fine for her. I have a spare SSD250Gb drive lying about so can swop that out. I also have Win10 installation program so no worries about that. I could upgrade my desktop and let her have my old one but it does what I want so why spend money. Also we are a bit pushed for space in the kids room so a full size desktop would not be practical.. 🙂

Don't use one of those small handle taps, after a while when the tap gets stiff there is not enough leverage to turn it. If you can use tap with a normal size handle. If there is space restriction behind the machine and wall, use an elbow and have the tap going up, down or left, right against the wall so the handle moves up/down or left/right and not in/out towards the machine. I won't add my thoughts to the already too many confusing suggestions made regarding the connections. Except to say you're all over thinking it. Anyways good luck

Yes I know tubes can be put into tubeless tyres buy I didn't want to do that. About a hundred years ago I also used to fix my own punctures, but these days all I can manage is the kids push bikes. Anyways, the puncture guy said the hole was too big now and need a new tyre, so that problem solved

Agree, but it's only a small bike used just locally, and it's on the rear wheel so little risk 🤞
