Quick update....if anyone happened to be interested. Cochlea has gone!....... covid, the virus not the vaccine, is suspected....now profoundly deaf in that ear, no conductive hearing, no bone conduction...nothing. Red flagged during triage....got to see specialists same day, massive dose of steroids, but too late. MRI next week to check for a tumour, if nothing, then MRA to check the carotid artery. Sick of getting old.

Horrendous.....used to read four or five books at a time....now I can hardly manage to read the title of book. Find very little appeals, movies, TV series, books etc......end up just looking into the middle distance wishing I was in BKK.

These must be the really wealthy Indians....all the ones who hate staying in 5* hotels......why stay in a big, plush hotel when you can book an AirBnB room in condo full of the local wild life?
