I didn't lie, you simply can't understand what I posted. I posted screenshot from Charge Loma app that only showed chargers with fast plugs, as that is exactly, the only filter I chose; 1 plug type, the fast plug. I later posted screenshots from 3 separate vendors, again, contradicting your silly statement. You can count past 10, so add them all up, and they'll probably be close to the Charge Loma apps count, since the 3 main vendors. No apology expected ... have a nice day

I move over and let them pass me, which the driver had plenty of opportunity to do, and unless passing themselves, should yield to the left anyway. Why would you allow someone to tailgate you that long ... as stupid as the person tailgating IMHO

Then you don't know much about the charging network 60 kms from your home is irrelevant, as you'd be charging at your home. Though you may need on the last return leg, so that's actually a good thing. Yea ... not too many (none) west of the main highway, but again, you really shouldn't need one, knocking around KP. This is 100 radius from Kamphaeng Phet ... and you got a bunch of charging stations on the main road. I think you'd be fine. Unless going due South, if you even can on the back roads, or would.

Make that 8 years, as most carry an 8 year warranty. The wife will let you know in about 20 yrs, though she'll probably just move the battery pack over to the solar system, unless the rest of the lasts as long as the pack & motors. Not going 100kms ... but 50 kms very realistic ... DECO And in style ...

Anyone ever got a camera citation for 1-5 kms over the limit; 61-65 in a 60kph zone or 91-95 in a 90kph zone ? I'm hoping they allow 5 kms, for at least calibration or speedometer differences. Or just being nice.

Can the forum get any Gayer I remember chit chatting with a stranger surfside, and somehow got around to 'forums in TH'. Told him no longer bother with one in Udon Thani, as don't live there, and peek at a local one (can't mention here). Then mentioned AN ... and he asked me if I as gay ... then why on that forum

Seems X model 2 not really sold here in TH. Model 4 available, in 2 flavors, beside the compact version, already mentioned.

Actually found 2 on wiki (building & structure collapse), neither had anything to do with EV of course. 2021, a construction crane, during additional construction toppled over onto the parking garage. 2023, the 100 yr old parking garage, was deemed overloaded for the amount of cars permitted. Await the next silly bogus EV story .... Seems I need to add yet another troll to my growing list ...

Here it is on the LAZ Xiaomi flagship store. 100 baht more, same 1 yr warranty, but a 30 day return vs 7 day return policy.

Yes, the CH EV manufacturers make a nice profit with the mark up on the international markets. As the local manufacturers (EU & US) pales with lower specs and higher prices. Easy to undercut the competition, and still maintain a nice mark up over the CH pricing. In TH, our MG ZS EV, with no import duty, and govt incentive, sells for about the same price, as sold in China. That's pretty amazing and makes it quite the value. As are the BYD offerings, compared to other countries. People talk about a Chinese EV price war coming, and I don't see that happening outside of CH or TH, as they simply don't need to discount their cars to compete. Even as the cost of the batteries are expected to come down as much as 50%.

Q at Thai CS is usually 1 car parked, possibly plugged into a slower charging cable, while 2 plugged into a fast cable. I'm usually the first to leave, and there wait time (my experience any way) is never longer than 15 minis. I've yet to encounter a Q, need to wait, even on weekends. I'm usually the 1st or 2nd to plug in, as the 3rd arrives. We'll leave at 85-90-95% if someone is waiting, as at that point, no need really to charge more, as we won't be going that much further. Very rare that we didn't top up to 90%. And won't bother topping up past 95%, as that last 5% goes in way too slow. More than enough for another 3 hrs on the road the next day, as we'll usually stop for a P or munch before any need to top up the battery. Bu while there, yea, plug in, as takes 20-30 mins to take care of business. Really no different than owning an ICEV for us. At 30 mins, we're back at 90-95% in that time, so good for another 3+ on the highway. 3+ hrs is usually my daily limit on the highways anyway, when O&A. Of course if you're driving a 4-6 hrs stretches at a time, and need to be there ASAP, than an EV for over the road driving probably isn't for you. Watch out for those speed cameras, as being enforced now.

No, never personally seen any. Any vids (full length) that I've viewed, and they all seemed justified getting a whack or 3, for their stupidity. Edited version always appear first, and they seem to be unprovoked random attacks. Then the full vid comes out ... and you think, dumb ass, what were you thinking

So they actually enforce that (90 kph @ U-turns), and all I have seen were posted for 90kph, and didn't notice anyone slowing down, self included. Last trip to Krung Thep was a while ago, so I guess I escaped their scrutiny. Hua Hin via Phetchaburi to Krung Thep is only real spot for us to do 120 kph. Then a few sections on Rama 2 / hwy #35. Knock on wood, haven't had a camera ticket for years, and try to do the speed limit, even use the cruise control now, as the EV is a really smooth ride, and when not using the cruise control, catch myself doing 100+ too often, especially if passing, and 120 kph isn't even notice, compared to the ICE version of same car. 90kph feels so slow at times, and many times, one of the slower cars on the road, as people blow by doing at least 120kph. They must really rack up the tickets during the year.
-
Finally they found a way to to use those computers and enforce the speed limits . Kudo for that. I think a lot of people will have the same surprise when renewing their registration/car tax payment. Now to implement that point system and carry that over to insurance costs for violators to pay higher premiums. Then just maybe, the highway death toll will come down. People only comply when it hits their wallets. Not like people haven't been warned for years a system was in place and would be instituted, eventually. Shame many of the tickets (millions) are null & void due to the 2 yrs statue of limitations.

Most non inter province roads are made for at least the weight of 6 wheel trucks. As stated already, EV are far from the heaviest, compared to many pick ups or SUV on the roads. Our MG ZS EV weights in at 1570 kg / 3454 lbs, a light weight compared to other SUVs. Kerb weights of the Toyota Hilux

Is stealing something of no value, really stealing ? Not like I would have paid to watch anything I've downloaded. Not even at a 50 baht price for a DVD copy. Regret almost all those purchases in the past.
-
Describe cheap ? Although, just buy a decent (Xiaomi fan myself, have 2), save the box, and take it back with you, if not staying in TH. You must like CM to return there. Or instead of taking with you, leave with trusted friend, and it will be here for your return.
-
Priced right, that could be game changer here, as locals love their trucks. Some actually need them ...
-
Sorry you had to sell the truck. If need any assistance, don't be shy ... ... we're here for, always happy to help ...

OK ... so just the Celerio at house for transport. Well that's certainly cheap enough, just not Chinse cheap ... ... Got it 👍 ... sad emoji ... wasn't me
