  4. I believe you are very mistaken (source) Photo from above source: Although Tesla has only been around for about 10 years and only produced / sold 31,655 cars in 2014 (source)
  5. Feet & body more visible
  6. You think ... ... or start a thread to complain about being caught & cited for speeding. Bastards ... May the enforcement continue 👍
  7. Or you could just replace the faulty module. If the car can't keep up with the battery pack & motors, they can be sold/repurposed. Pack for solar systems back up storage. Already being done. How many times does it have to be repeated. What don't you people understand ? I'm starting to think a good portion of the AN members are senile and suffering a bit of, or a lot of Alzheimer's / dementia.
  8. @Jake72 forget the link ... enlighten yourself Class is over ... now go away
  9. Decades ago, when trusting the damn faulty fuel gauges ... ... that's my story and I'm sticking to it Once in TH ... although, not technically, as that's how you learn what the little toggle switch is for on the MB
  10. Bastard ... Should have taken the sink drains also ...
  11. I think you need to work on your Thai, as wife agrees with this translation: She's not allowed to have friends ...
  12. I tried to sell 2 Toyotas and 1 Mazda (ICEVs) to the dealers, and they didn't want them ... what does that say ? And no price was even mentioned, they just didn't want them, and tent people barely offered the insured price, on the Toyotas. Gave the Mazda to the daughter, since not worth selling. And yet, my 1.5 yr old EV, is insured for more that a new one (when on sale), plus 40k baht. And only 1/2% off our purchase price, when not on sale. Not that we would ever sell it, as the battery pack would be worth more added to our solar system, than if sold as a car, 20 yrs down the line.
  13. Yes it is ... better than stressing over things that simply don't affect you. You know the ol' saying ... "give me strength to change the things I can ... and F the rest, as not worth the brain cells" DISCLAIMER: that might not be entirely accurate quote
  14. Enlighten yourself, and you won't appears as such an idiot or a troll. Oh look, that happens to be the exact say plug (only plug that I filtered on the Charge Loma app screenshot I posted ... ... go figure
  15. Thankfully this isn't London ... ... someone just buy a can of paint and a roller ... And .... "in related news" ... never miss an opportunity to highlight bad foreigners
  16. More good news ... this is an ignore function for those that don't want to read those that love to share their misery.
  17. Car was finally topped up after 2 days of solar charging, since returning from a short O&A. Saving all of ฿130 There's doom & gloom out there ? We don't have that channel, and I must have missed the memo. My challis is always half full ... oh crap
  18. Cayenne pepper & bay seasoning,, S&P of course...
  19. Actually it does. Nissan Leaf being a fine example of a POS, hopefully corrected over the years. The Toyota, major recall, as couldn't keep the tire on. Leaf, way overpriced in TH, and only an idiot would buy, besides their horrendous track record if doing minimal research. The Toyota, just arrived or will in TH, AND hopefully they tweak out the issues, although it's also overpriced. Charging network, confirmed by EV owners, it's excellent an inexpensive in TH. Weekenders might hit a Q, though I haven't had that experience yet, just returning from driving 2 Sundays, and a Saturday & Friday, south of us. Typical app & options issues, as all cars seem to have when newly released, and most fixed OTA. No major drivetrain issues reported yet, from AN members, and we seem to own a variety of EVs from CH manufacturers. Some driver assist options can be annoying, especially in TH, as dependent on properly painted roadway, but can be disabled, as I did in our ZS. Probably would no matter how good it worked, as thought it was just annoying the way implemented, little nudges on the steering wheel, while it makes adjustments. Can't think of any other annoyance members have reported, though I'm sure you read them all also. One design flaw with BYD, the battery pack encased in plastic, and possible vulnerable to road hazards, causing a hole/breach that water/moisture may enter. After market fix is available for that. All ears, what you got that I didn't mention, appropriate to TH, and EVs on the market here.
  20. I'm speechless ... ... I really can't think of anything to say, that wouldn't be offensive. Thanks for the chuckle though ... HAVE A GOOD ONE
  21. YT vids from TH, of people complaining about charging network or running out of energy ... in TH. I doubt that very much.
  22. I don't have to talk myself out of anything, especially to a troll such as yourself. Anyone with any intelligence can see and read what I post. Can download the apps themselves to verify the info. Between you & me, only one person is being deceptive ... AND IT'S NOT ME BYE BYE
  23. Not from Thailand ... not that I've seen or were posted. And if so, you know they'd be posted on AN.
