I personally wouldn't buy a Mazuma product. And why 8000w, as overkill. Had 8k at the one house, and could easily brew tea/coffee with it. Bought it as it supplied whole house (3 facets), with 2 not exactly close to the unit. And still put out hot water, even on cool NE mornings. This brand, Stiebel Eltron, I think, and excellent unit. I believe still going strong, 12 yrs on.

Because I/we enjoy cooking, and do a much better job than any restaurant, usually. The savings, just a plus. More than enough time, and really helps to get me out of house, and doing something. I like knowing what I'm eating, and use the best of any ingredient. No palm oil in this house. Meats, fruits & veggies very fresh. Everything seasoned just right ???? Not too sweet, salty or spicy. Not a whole lot quality restaurants where we are, though can't say there are anywhere. We only go out to eat, for something we can't and won't bother doing at home, usually. A big reason why we enjoy coffee shops, as pastries are a time consuming effort.

@BKK24 Fidelity will allow you to change, and I don't think I needed anything to do that, and simply verified ID via SMS or email, forget. That was 1 time from TH. My ICEv's 2 yr depreciation was about 10% more than I'd prefer, but sold that for ฿400k EV ฿949K - 400K = ฿549K Insured value if totaled ฿960k ???????? ฿549k ÷ ฿35 (petrol price) = 15,685 L of 91 ROI after 220k kms (15,685 X 14kp/L) About 10 yrs or less for us, and the cost to upgrade, paid for itself, not counting the 20 oil changes, 5 ish total tune ups avoided. Along with exhaust system upkeep. That's without spending another ฿549k for petrol, and at today's prices. If getting just half the expected battery life, (900k kms) and still having 70-80% capacity, the wife is good for another 10+ yrs of almost free transport. After that, she can add the 10-25kWh of battery left to the solar system, if the rest of the car kraps out, selling the motor of course. Q'ing & reservation is only for the O&A crowd, going more than 125 kms away from home on a constant basis, and few do that. Minimal planning or inconvenience for the savings and performance a BEV provides. As stated repeated ... EVs (BEVs) aren't for everyone. But fit perfectly in our lifestyle & wallet. Flip side of that, still have 2 vid drones, 5 DIY UAVs, I can put cameras on, but no batteries to power 3 larger ones, along with 10+ UAVs, that are looking good in the cabinet, as rarely fly any of them of late. But need to charge up the way too many batteries every few months, so they don't die. Along with other RCs, that also look good in the cabinet. 3 action cams, that I take out once a while just to charge up, 3 camera bodies, because I hate changing lens, only use 2, actually 1, as phone fills in for the other most times, unless something special to take a snap of, and more lenses than I can count on 1 hand, that I don't use. Note to self: stop collecting things. In the USA, it was firearms, usually only shooting a handful of them. Good thing I'm not rich, I'd probably need a garage to store different types of EVs in. Definitely no shortage. Was on Suk, and did a 360° view, and there was 4, all within about 150m of each other. Probably all doing brisk business. Other side of the coin, during covid, the ones at Ao Nang, Krabi, and surfside Phuket were closed up, as was 90% of shops that targeted the foreign tourist market. Yet my favorite restaurant & street vendors were doing a brisk business.
