I’ve never been asked for a house book or lease agreement for anything at the cm dlt, CoR is all. Maybe an oversight on their part or an issue with another office.

There’s paid a car park out on the main road coming from the east (super highway) on the left just before the alley that goes to terminal 3. Another option is to park on the street a couple few blocks away, it will be fine. I’ve left my motorcycle in the front of the terminal for a few days without paying or using the motorcycle park back when I didn’t have a car. But if I were to take the bus anywhere, I would prefer to ride the motorcycle to the bus terminal, much easier ????

Passport needed for travel around Thailand?
novacova replied to ChomDo's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
A photo of the front page of my pp and dl at cm ram hospital. Djack what is inaccurate is your silly little mission to contradict, though you do give good advice and insight, your spite to save your pride makes you look incredible and foolish at times. Just stick to what you for sure know of and leave the presumptions behind. Admit it when you’re wrong and the credibility will go much further -
Passport needed for travel around Thailand?
novacova replied to ChomDo's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Just do what you’re most comfortable with. Whether you carry it with you or not, always keep photos of the front page and the current relative stamps on your phone. Personally I never carry it with me unless I’m going to the IO or airport. Showing the photos has always been suffice for me up to this point, though rarely ever asked, at the hospital, and recently at a touristy hotel. Photos were suffice in both cases. I’m sure if you’re questioned by IO police on the street and show them the photos on the phone, they can easily verify in the system. But then again there are stupid people calling others stupid for not carrying it with them. It’s probably more of a catch 22 situation, stupid if you bring and it gets lost or stolen. Stupid if you leave it and find yourself in a jammed with an IO with a wild hair up their yingyang -
Able to the top of Suthep this morning, though haze is still visible

I would imagine that most of the homeless are not from the area and/or have been shamed out of their villages/families for one reason or another. From my experience and the people I know, the villagers and families take care of each other pretty well, even the hard core boozers. But if someone brings shame to the village and/or family, then that can be an unforgivable violation.

Went up back behind the zoo this morning, couldn’t see anything like what you described also went up past the zoo looked everywhere and around just seen fruit vender shacks along Huey keaw was the only thing that resembled what you described.. They either moved or I’m blind. Went over to kanchanaphisek and seen a trashy dwelling, didn’t look homeless, just a very trashy place on the south side of the park…

I never claimed that I can get any women anywhere, take another read and at least try to comprehend. But I’m sure the above poster can get any hooker/holiday girl in TH. Market value? 5! If one only congregates in that crowd then that’s all they’ll see and believe to the point of delusion of thinking all women are after money. For me a hot woman is well educated, well mannered, self confident and intellectually stimulating/challenging and of course physically fit and healthy and Employed, and there are plenty here and abroad. I don’t find lazy beggars very attractive at all, at no matter what age or physical appearance. Though if a couple individuals want to get involved in a relationship based on finances then it’s their prerogative. Though from what I’ve seen sex/money based relationships tend to fail more often than not, and many men that come here find they can’t handle the pressure and stress of it and find much disappointment after all the blinding glowing feelings subsides

What does that have anything to do with my statement? Irrelevant

Speak for yourself. I’m certainly not in this bunch, as and many others I assume have no problem finding a girlfriend/wife or whatever anywhere on this planet. Unless of course one is socially challenged in that respect and needs to pay for their companionship or depend on language barriers to hide behind.

Same in the dual north. Can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Immigration Agents In Chiang Mai
novacova replied to connda's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Maybe consult with an attorney considering you have transfer of funds to deal with. There are attorneys that deal with immigration issues that are not listed as “visa agents”. -
I can’t give advice on workers construction outside of my presence. In my experience being patient is paramount and explaining what I envision even illustrating on paper helps. The people I use are competent government employees that oversee government construction projects that do work for me during their spare time, it’s slow for the most part because of their schedules, and I’ve known them for years. Most of the issues are engineering and/or when they bring in someone new, distant relative or a needy friend, things like attempting to weld something or laying brick. I’d much prefer they stick to simple tasks such as mixing cement and moving objects. I’ll even grab the hardware and and show them an example of what I’m looking for. I don’t criticize them for mistakes, I just try to remedy the issues. I think patience is very important and will go a long way. But of course it also depends on who you’re working with. And importantly buy them lunch, and beer whiskey and food for after work and set and drink (I dont drink????) and eat with them.

Yes, as I did on the first phase of the first project, never again ????
