Have Thai banks reduced their rates? This was several years ago, and at that time my wife was paying 28% on her cards. (Just before we closed all her accounts.)

I don't believe the article stated the girl's age. 12 or 13 is the assumption based on the average age of grade 7 students. I'm not familiar with Thai schools. Do students ever begin a year or two late, and is it possible to fail grades or be held back? If so, age could perhaps be 14 or 15.

Yes, you can get a secured credit card from a Thai bank. Kasikorn offered me a credit card with a 50K baht limit, if I paid in a 100K security deposit. As it was explained to me, the security deposit does not earn interest, nor is it used to pay the accrued balance. The charges are separate and incur a 28% interest fee. What's not to like?

As I recall from Egypt, after a heavy rain traffic runs very slowly. Mostly due to drivers stopping at water-filled potholes to poke with sticks to see how deep they are. -

Define "broken" and you may get better responses. Doesn't turn on at all? Runs but doesn't blow cold air? Leaks? Did you contact your landlord at any point over the past 3.5 years about the broken AC?

Press the power button and the default screen should come up showing all your apps. Pull down the dropdown menu, there may be a secondary notification at the bottom of that. Or...........you could try file transfer by bluetooth.

See if there are any hidden or secondary messages on the dropdown menu hiding on your smartyphone screen. When I connect mine using the USB cable, it defaults to charge mode. The hidden message lets me switch to use cable for data transfer, and can then access files on the phone like any disc drive.

Glyphosphate. Available at any local market. Do not dilute. Cut off the main stem well above the ground surface. Use a small paintbrush to apply directly to the cut. If there are any stems/leaves below the cut, paint them also.
