That Pinnacle looks great for 1440THB/nite w breakfast! VT3 is quiet too and the small beach is never crowded. Close to Russian market for expensive fattening European food. ALL US banks are in stone age.... Good luck cashing your check in the EU. You should have used trusted US friend to take all out with your debit card at ATM and then wire it to you. Or used his/her credit card to buy something to you for same amount.
