Moving away from cash is the best present the hackers could get. Thailand security is not bad but certainly not good enough to move from cash. Come to think of it I cant think of a country who can protect their system adequately.

Providing it is all legit there should be no problem but if you look at Phuket in the news there are many companies which are essentially fakes buying things. If the company is legit with all the proper paperwork then fine.

Probably because the price of crude has gone down. This price would have been agreed in the beginning of January. The Oil & Gas industry works on the pricing of a 3 month advance period.

If that is the case then they are expecting the price of crude to increase within 3 months because that is how crude is sold i.e. on a 3 month forward look.

Exactly. I am from Liverpool and yes we do have quite a few nutters but making an assumption is ridiculous.

If no one is interested maybe that should tell you something e.g. you are over pricing it or it is excessive for the area. If it is worth 22 million I am sure it will be a really big and beautiful house. Unfortunately, you can only get a price if someone is prepared to buy it. Going for the Chinese sounds good but they will not buy if it is not worth it in the present market.

About 1 minute. You are obviously living in a fantasy world but that is fine. It is your money and you can spend it any way you like. The iPhones are under Apple's quality check. Not that I think the iPhone is particularly good but it is personnel preference.

No, the Chinese are experts at copying items but their quality is dubious at best. Japan was bad for quality but improved over the years and possibly the Chinese will do the same; I assume they will. However, at the present they concentrate on looks not quality. You want Chinese products that is fine you have the choice. Remember, quality comes with a price which is why Chinese products are significantly cheaper than the big name brands.
