Exactly. I am from Liverpool and yes we do have quite a few nutters but making an assumption is ridiculous. -
If no one is interested maybe that should tell you something e.g. you are over pricing it or it is excessive for the area. If it is worth 22 million I am sure it will be a really big and beautiful house. Unfortunately, you can only get a price if someone is prepared to buy it. Going for the Chinese sounds good but they will not buy if it is not worth it in the present market.

About 1 minute. You are obviously living in a fantasy world but that is fine. It is your money and you can spend it any way you like. The iPhones are under Apple's quality check. Not that I think the iPhone is particularly good but it is personnel preference.

No, the Chinese are experts at copying items but their quality is dubious at best. Japan was bad for quality but improved over the years and possibly the Chinese will do the same; I assume they will. However, at the present they concentrate on looks not quality. You want Chinese products that is fine you have the choice. Remember, quality comes with a price which is why Chinese products are significantly cheaper than the big name brands.

The guy "climbed over the station’s second-floor barrier" and ended up dead. How stupid can you get. A barrier is there for a reason, not as a means to exercise. -

With all the "blazing" into action, wouldnt it be better to check and ensure safety standards before the boat leaves the dock? Proper regular safety checks. Not up to standard not allowed out until all issues have been rectified to a good (international) standard.

I get quite a few scam calls but just let them talk and talk and talk. While they are talking to me they are not scamming anyone else. Eventually they go away. -
