He said the public response to the online sale is encouraging, but whether digital sales will be increased in the future will be considered carefully, because the GLO wants to make sure that the conventional way of ticket sales, by vendors, will not be affected. Otherwise, they will cut our heads off... Better not affected. Or just a bit. Peace, everybody!

Ok, thanks for the explanation. If beer Lao is excluded, then the best one can get here is San Miguel beer. -
Thai Beers - which one is your favorite ?
Hellfire replied to Baron Samedi's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
As a true alcoholic, I am not supposed to know those geographical nuances. The best beer one can buy in Thailand (the cheaper options) is LAO beer. IMHO. -
You never see an Indian or Arab tourist doing something similar to this in Thailand. Also, they never barfine a girl at Nana Plaza and then cut her into pieces and throw her body away in the bag. The ugliest of the stuff done by foreigners in Thailand is almost exclusively reserved for the Farangs. And yet, any thread (on this forum) mentioning the Indians or Arabs is full of denigrating remarks about them being the worst kind of visitors Thailand can get (unlike those perfect Farangs). Just an observation.

No mention of the motives involved. In case there were no any motives but to kill another human - how can this sick creature be ever let freely walking among people again? -

Back to Nana Plaza in 3 years time? -
It did offer a unique experience for the newcomers. And I was one of them in 2015. Later, I found other and much cheaper venues. But my first memories are those of the Walking streets and I like those.
-
Whoever was interested in the “price point” knew that there were much cheaper places around Pattaya. For example, the soi 6 and many other places. The Walking street was not supposed to be the cheapest place in Pattaya. It was an introduction to the temple of Love and its Grand Welcome Entrance. Pattaya’s Arc de Lust.
-
Ok. I am talking about the general strategy of the place. And the Walking street is its heart. After they destroy Walking street - there is no chance other places will survive.
-
No they cannot. Pattaya (and Thailand) is so unique in many ways. It is not just the price but the whole packet experience. A kind of special chemistry, impossible to reproduce at another place.

Lonely and undersexed men from all over the world are such a huge (and exclusive) market. And it will only expand in the future. It must be a pure insanity to change the city's strategy and to start to compete with 100 much better places for the family (boring) vacations. Please, don't do it! Use your competitive advantage, you fools.

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Hellfire replied to Chris.B's topic in The War in Ukraine
You should expect nothing from a Russian colonel. Or from any Russian military person. They are the worst kind of them all. Lacking a proper education (in the normal sense of this word), deeply indoctrinated (by the soviet times propaganda) and stupid alcoholics without a true personal opinion on anything. -
Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Hellfire replied to Chris.B's topic in The War in Ukraine
Yes, my bad. But whatever help this (sob) senator has blocked - it is vital for the people on the ground in Ukraine. Hope this will be sorted out asap. P.S. Just found out the bill has passed through finally. God Bless America! -

Why to hire people for the work your wife can do in 20 minutes and can do it BETTER? I think that if your wife tries even more - she can do it in 10 minutes. Seriously, it is such a subjective matter. People are different (all people), they have different motivations, different moods, different characters, everything different. Why to depict all 60 millions Thais (or even most of them) as ONE lazy and stupid creature? It is not fair, to say the least.
-
So, it looks like a lot of foreigners have came to Thailand and opened the businesses just to find out how lazy almost all Thai people are. And everybody have one and the same story: we are ready to pay a lot for a work of almost doing nothing and still these lazy people refuse to work. I wish I could ask those Thais what the real story was, I am sure it would be quite different. Anyway. The question is why do you still operate your businesses if there is such a huge problem with hiring people? Or may be it is not a real problem? Many foreigners come to Thailand and expect these poor third worlders to be happy for every dollar they give them. But when they see instead that local people have some dignity and self respect (and even dare to think they have a right to be lazy) - they then accuse the Thais of being lazy and “lacking initiative”. Come on, money is important for humans, but, contrary to your beliefs - it is not everything.
