And what world have you been living in? My example was limit of 100,000 and installment purchase of 50,000 for 10 months. So after that purchase your remaining limit is 50,000. If the card company blocks only 1/10th for the first installment your remaining limit would be 95,000. If you do an additonal purchase of 95,000 in the same month you are 45,000 over your limit of 100,000 because your overall purchase was 145,000.

It will not incur interest after 48 days. It is interest free in this case.

It is not weird. If for example you have a monthly limit of 100,000 Baht and you purchase an item for 50,000 Baht your remaining limit is 50,000, even if it is an installment purchase. Otherwise you could simply spend more than your limit. The credit card company has to make sure that you are able to pay the total. Your remaining limit will increase every month after your payment of the installments.

The amount is deducted in full on your CC limit. However the monthly invoice payments should be only 1/10th.

I remember that in my case it had to be a credit card from certain Thai banks who took part in the promotion. There were only 2 or 3 options listed. It could not just be any other card. And I had to exactly click the correct payment options within the menu.

You need a Thai credit card to pay in installments, works without any problem. I did this for a new computer, TV and other expensive items.

I had some experience with this recently. Yes, it can be sued to get financial compensation for damage of the marriage and loss of reputation or other complications affecting life. The other party can however countersue in order to neutralize the lawsuit as there are 2 persons of different couples involved. The court will ask both parties to settle this matter. I guess you have to consider that here in Thailand the procedure is new and there are not so many patients treated this way. At least not yet.
