You'll get better responses if you post your location. Chang Mai? Hat Yai?

Yes, with only half the information, anything is possible, more facts are needed to give a proper armchair diagnosis (555) ; age, weight, past medical/injury history, sleeping habits, physical build, etc.

Amount Of Thai Currency I'm Allowed To Bring Into Thailand With Me?
bbko replied to EdgeCityRider's topic in Pattaya
IMO only two types want to exchange their home currency to Thai baht before they enter Thailand; the totally naive and the criminals. Which is the OP? -
Would you ever marry a bar girl? If so, why?

More mindless drivel, where's that ignore button? -
Have you been to Jomtien lately? There's hundred's of those food carts all along beach road, in the past (pre-covid) there were some carts but not like the numbers we have today. I'm guessing those Jomtien beach road businesses are paying a chunk of money in rental fees, meanwhile the food carts pay zero in rental fees.

Amount Of Thai Currency I'm Allowed To Bring Into Thailand With Me?
bbko replied to EdgeCityRider's topic in Pattaya
The key word there is "foreign currency", I doubt the Thais consider THB a foreign currency. No matter the limit, I for one wouldn't want to do international traveling with large amounts of cash, to many chances for customs workers to try and pocket some for themselves. -
Daughter's name different on passport and ID card.
bbko replied to Cricky's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
How hard is it to go to the local amphur and get a new ID card with the correct spelling, then ask the bank to update their computer? Then any potential future problems with the names are avoided. -
Indian man steals money from Thai vendors near Bangkok
bbko replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
From the link; The Indian man then spoke to Kanticha in English before rushing to the fridge again and grabbing a second bottle. He then approached the vendor once again, asking for change. Kanticha, assuming two bottles cost 50 baht, handed over 950 baht as change, forgetting that she had already returned the money. -
E visa problems in L.A.
bbko replied to FarmerJoe's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
During the covid times I applied with the embassy in LA (via my iPhone) for a Non Imm O based on marriage and had a long wait and no email responses to my inquiries. Then I tried my brother's notebook and everything went through in a couple of days, maybe try a different system. -
I tried to take my motorbike out the back from The Avenue a few days ago, and that soi didn't look like it was near to being finished. With 1000's of other hotels to choose from, why go through the stress and worry? Just pick another hotel.

Over the years I've bought my share of ear buds, IMO the cheap ones (500-1000b) were either inferior in sound or if they did sound good they had a short battery life. Nowadays I only go with Apple Gen 2 ear buds, great sounds and over 6 hours of battery life, yes they're a little pricey at 4,000b, but you get what you pay for.

6 of 1 and half dozen of the other. I live on the Darkside and between the mrs and I we've had food delivered by Grab, Food Panda, Line Man, to me they're the same, none were so bad or good that changed my mind about them, it's food delivered on on motorbike, not brain surgery.

Giving to any Pattaya charity is a good thing, and I've given to several over the years. For me I've stopped giving to Father Ray's just because I've seen that place and seen others and the "others" are much worse off, Father Ray's is the cream of the crop when it come to charities in Pattaya, it's the one place farangs never fail to mention when it comes to charities. There's the Pattaya Orphanage on Sukhumvit near Hope Pro, there's a couple others that my Thai wife knows of along Sukhumvit just north of town that we routinely give to. Not far from my house I see some kids selling used clothing/items in front of their small apartment every weekend and I'll drop off my used clothes or older items and they are grateful every time.

Subjective question, one man's best pizza is another man's cheese flap. For me the best Jomtien pizza is on 2nd road, Frankie's Inn, delicious Neapolitan pizza.

Whenever I interact with a MC member 1 on 1 (in the bars), it's always a pleasant, nice time, whenever I interact with them when they're with their group, it's time for me to check bin as things can escalate quickly.

Visit the Power Buys around town and go with a name brand that falls within your budget; Samsung, LG, Panasonic.

What kind of visa were you trying to get? Tourist? I did mine for my wife. no agency needed. Now working on a "green card" visa, it's complicated but still easy to jump through the hoops. I'm guessing you can kiss that 93k good-bye.
