So the guy works his entire life in one of the best countries on the planet to earn a wage and only has to show AUD 1 million and only after he sells a house that probably appreciated 500% since he bought it. I come to Thailand at age 39 with barely 200k CAD in savings and 11 years later I have close to 1 million CAD while working 2-3 hours per day. Yes, I am gloating because I spent my working life in Thailand while he was slaving away on the prison island and for wot? Yes, he will absolutely and utterly fail here because guys like him end up with a first hooker who will separate him from money. I have a question for vloggers. How would you feel if I stick my phone camera in yer face while you are filming a street lady making food and surviving? While it is fine to read the bad reviews online one should be aware that most people only do a review when they are unhappy. However, some of the replies by this insurance company sound very unprofessional.... "Hi Warren, Sorry to hear that. But, are you an actual customer of our company? I just love it when developer says that all units were sold out when reality the "owners" just paid some ridiculous low booking fee. This is why in a year or 2 these finished building by the miracle of god suddenly have some units often offered at the discount because the buyer could not close the loan.
