    Why make such a comparison. It's nonsense. I can go to Canada and get a private healthcare too, often at the fraction of the cost than in Thailand. Also, it will be tax deductible.

    For a bit of excitement I recommend your local Soi Dentist. My wife assured me they weren't washing the equipment with a dishwashing liquid and they did in fact sterilize it inside the microwave. I always ask for Thai price which assures one tiny squirt of anesthetic. In Soi, no one can hear you scream.

    Be careful what kind of mattress protector. Let's just say if you buy from Shopee and Lazada they won't cut it. I sweat at night sometimes and the yellowish color will go through after a few months. Either buy a good one or expect to change them every 3 months.
