This amount of money (36K) is enough to hire an agent who will find them a school in Canada to do University and Masters which will lead to Permanent Residency and eventual citizenship. No visa hassles ever with a benefit of free (and once world class) healthcare. But who wants to live in Canada? It is so cold and miserable, you say. Yes it is, but to Russians and Chinese it makes no difference. They are used to cold and miserable.

Not true. You need to read a contract. Most agents will put a clause that they are still enfitled to comission even if you sell through another agent.

Waste of time. You need to find a good real estate agent, period. My wife has been in sales for 20 years from franchasing 7/11 stores to industrial manufacturing. 95% of sales people here like to gloat, but are useless in real life. We recently sold a Condo in Bangkok using one of her real estate agent friends in this really crappy environment.....for a loss mind you....but we sold it because her friend doesn't suck at her job.
