Would you cover for your grandson?

I was told a story of a guy who raped a woman. His mother covered for him, but his sister testified in court against him. -
why do people have to bring up God in this thread? if you make the topic too generalized, it will just lead to confusion and go nowhere. so now I will chime in with my ghost story. I stayed at a very very old building in the UK that was once used as an army barracks and there was a cemetary next to it. I did not sleep that night. There were ghosts in that place. I could feel a "wind" in the room and something touching me while I slept. The Exorcism of Emily Rose is a good film based on a true story.

haha monty python. i fart in your general direction -
the main message I got from skimming his long-winded post is ENVY. he seems envious towards newer generations of farang because they have deeper pockets than he did when he arrived in asia. don't beat yourself up for missing the main gist of his post. try harder next time or go back to doing crosswords perhaps.

This is not a link to a scientific study either. The article is quoting/referencing a scientific study. However, if you search long and hard enough on your own, you will find the original scientific study yourself. I'm too lazy to look for it. I already know this stuff is true. https://running.allwomenstalk.com/reasons-running-too-much-is-bad-for-you/ That's right — one of the craziest reasons running too much is bad for you is that it actually might damage your heart. Studies have shown that some hardcore marathoners actually have more coronary plaque buildup in their arteries than sedentary people. Running causes inflammation, so perhaps this is why extreme runners have heart problems — they push their bodies to the extreme and never give them time to properly heal. All that wear and tear might be just as dangerous as being a couch potato.

here's another argument i have against running. muscles get smaller. now since this is a running magazine, they at least admit that this phenomenon exists, but they put a positive spin on it. but I don't think an exercise that depletes muscle mass is a good thing. https://www.outsideonline.com/health/running/training-advice/running-101/ask-pete-why-do-my-muscles-get-smaller-from-running/ Why Do My Muscles Get Smaller from Running? I’ve been putting in miles and getting stronger, but my muscles seem to be shrinking—I’m getting skinnier, not fitter-looking.

Running is the worst kind of exercise. I'm not saying don't do any exercise, just choose a different one.

I wasn't going to bring it up, but since you asked. My qualifications are that I am a conspiracy theorist. They want you to bang up your knees so they can make money off of you.

stop running. stop stop stop. running is a very bad activity. despite what thousands of medical professionals will tell you. people who do nothing and get fat are healthier than runners. https://www.vice.com/en/article/4w375w/running-is-the-worst-way-to-get-fit That's bad, because running sucks. There's a reason that up to 79 percent of runners get sidelined with an injury at least once per year:
