Yes, that's why almost every restaurant meal is a "cheat meal". Unless you're eating in an expensive steakhouse.
Restaurants will use the cheap oils which are high in linoleic acid.
The safest cooking oils are butter and beef tallow. Beef tallow is very very expensive and hard to find. Restaurants will never use it.
So the moral of the story is cook at home whenever possible. Or eat roasted meats maybe, but avoid fried foods in restaurants. All processed foods also have these crappy oils.
I don't know how much abuse the body can take. It's impossible to always cook at home. But sadly, all foods in restaurants and processed foods are using these unhealthy oils.
